As soon as I walked in, NO ONE SPOKE! They all went to the back and one guy said something and then I asked was he talking to me, he said no and walked off. Then one guy was cleaning the counter and was spraying cleaner all over the food. The place and line was filthy! HORRIBLE! I will not be back and everybody that’s pulling up I’m telling them to turn around

Chipotle has been a staple of my diet for more than a decade, and I’ve been to countless store locations across the US and the globe. That said, this is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
The service and food are incredibly consistent here. For as long as I’ve been living and working in this area, I’ve always been able to count on going into this Chipotle and leaving with the same exact bowl I expected to get in no more than 5 minutes, regardless of how long the line is.
Kudos to whoever runs it. It’s one efficient shop. It’s hard for chains to maintain a good rating, but 3.4 is criminal for this location – this is a 5 star Chipotle

After leaving the Issa Rae show at the Coca Cola Roxy, I was so excited to discover this location is open until 11pm on a Monday night.
I got here right around 10pm and there were only a few people in the line. The staff was pleasant, attentive and efficient.
Beware this location still gets busy late at night on a week day, so prepare to wait in line about 5-10 minutes.
Since they’re busy, the food runs out quick and is replaced with a fresh batch just as quickly – so you avoid eating old or stale food that’s been sitting out. They have a good night crew here. The seating area is very clean and well kept.

I’m leaving a five-star review because the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I’m not a big fan of Chipotle but my son wanted to eat here. I wasn’t too familiar on the ordering process as I hadn’t been here in years. The front clerk made me feel comfortable and gave suggestions. I wasn’t sure what beans to get in my bowl but he recommended the black beans and gave me a small cup of the brown beans to try on the house. Thank you for not rushing me and making my experience a pleasant one.

I keep finding myself coming back to this location, and I now realize it’s because the front staff really makes or breaks your experience. There are three women, Simone, Tina, and Edrena, that truly make this location worth driving to. They consistently greet customers with a smile, they do not make the customer feel rushed at all, they actually listen to what the customer wants, and I walk out of Chipotle feeling even better than I already did. I truly wish everyone else’s customer service could mimic these ladies. The food may bring customers, but excellent customer service keeps customers coming back.

Stopped by the Chipotle in Cumberland and had a great experience. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and what really stood out was how clean and well-kept the seating area was. Most Chipotle locations I’ve visited struggle with this, so seeing a spotless, organized dining area was a very welcome change. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

After a long day, my boyfriend went to chipotle and brought me back a carne asada bowl, ate some and while turning the one lettuce, i see a dead bug!!!! A DEAD BUG!!!! i’ve came several times and it was a first time i’ve had this happen. this is just disgusting!

Best experience I’ve had at a chipotle in a very long time! Staff was super friendly and seemed to be genuinely enjoying their day. The seating area was spotless, as well as the bathroom. Food was consistent and good portions. Will be back!

I’ve given this location two chances, on different days, and had the exact same experience both times. The employees seem trained to serve very small portions of protein, almost forcing customers to ask for double protein and pay extra.
In my case, the first scoop wasn’t even close to a full portion — it looked like half a spoon. When I politely asked for a little more, I was told it would be considered double and I would have to pay extra. That put me in an uncomfortable position and made me feel pressured to spend more just to get what should be a fair serving.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location.

This location is great. One of the best Chipotles in the Atlanta metro. It’s very clean, the service is consistent and the food is fresh. The team here is great. You can tell they enjoy working together and they have a positive impact in the community. I visit here multiple times a month for lunch as my office is nearby.
