This time we ordered two bowls of ramen and an order of fried calamari to start. The calamari was actually really good — crispy on the outside, not greasy, and a nice appetizer to share while waiting for the ramen.
The space itself is pretty clean, though you can tell the tables and chairs have been around for a while and aren’t super new. Honestly, that doesn’t bother me — I’m here for the food, and it delivers every time. Service has been smooth each visit, and everything comes out at a reasonable pace.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot when I’m craving ramen. I’ve already been back multiple times and will definitely keep coming back.
We ordered a side of garlic, and they brought fresh garlic cloves with a garlic crusher for each of us, which was a nice touch. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. The takoyaki was also tasty.
We would come back again.
From the first bite, it hit all the right notes and maintained that flavor throughout. The noodles were delightfully chewy, the tofu was soft, and it included mushrooms, green onions, and corn. An egg can be added upon confirmation. Overall, I enjoyed the flavor of the Veggie Curry Ramen, it’s definitely worth trying, although it’s not the best vegetarian ramen I’ve ever had. If you prefer a milder flavor, I recommend the Miso Ramen for lighter veggie option. The seating and cutlery could use some improvement, but the service was good.
The food is good but I wouldn’t say it is exceptional, however, giving five stars because the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating even though we showed up 20 min before closing.
Service and vibes were top notch though
Started with gyoza which were very yummy, and I recommend them. Then tonkatsu broth ramen. Love that it comes with the egg and you don’t need to order separately. I feel the soup could have been just a little hotter but it certainly tasted good.
Service was good; they checked up on us and gave water refill.
Quite enjoyed it and will be back.
Update: Ramen Sea is a handy spot to duck into when you want something warm and satisfying without overthinking it. Their ramen is pretty good, and the specials keep things fun—this time they had a spicy shrimp ramen that actually packed some heat and was easily the highlight. The gyoza are a win too, crispy and flavorful.
