We enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. It wasn’t too crowded or loud. We were able to sit and enjoy each other laughing and talking for a couple hours. The food was mediocre. The burger was the best thing we ordered. The boneless wings were very tough and had a lot of tendons through the chicken which made them very unpleasant. The southwest egg rolls are pretty much chili in an egg roll wrapper. The chips and salsa wasn’t too bad. Our waitress was, ditzy to say the least. I think next time we’ll go in the evening, especially a Friday night for their drag show!!

By far one of the best atmospheres that my wife and I have tried in the San Antonio area. Most of the food items were also on point, with the one exception of the onion rings. Fried lightly and crispy but not flavor and the southwest egg rolls were also a vit over done. All other items were delicious and they had live music during our visit. Definitely worth a stop for all my followers in the area

2nd this place is gorgeous. I love the food, the music was great, the servers fabulous and super sweet. I had the Elotero Bowl which is Mexican corn with hot chettos on top and home fried tortilla chips. My friend ordered the loaded waffle fries which came topped with queso, bistec, pico de gallo, crema and guacamole. This place is perfect for good eats and fun times

On a random visit to the Strip, my girlfriend and I decided to go to Luther’s because we heard the loud music from across the street. There was a drag show going on and a lot of people were drinking on a Sunday afternoon. The show was great and the margaritas were awesome. Their food menu is limited but the burger was so good. There were LGBTQ friendly people and kids so it seems to be a family type place. Once the drag show was over, it got calmer with just food and drinks!

Great LGBT friendly spot. I want to leave five stars but the service is hit and miss. That said if your patience can relax the goods are usually worth the wait. Frozen Jack and Coke is a great way to wait. Bloody Mary’s help as well. The wings are good. the turkey burger is as well. We actually had a discussion about our favorite fries… These rate top notch. I would be happy coming here for fries and happy hour. They are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside just the way I like them.

First time there. Ordered some burgers to go for the Fam. Fried mushrooms where decent. But the Burger was horrible. Was told by phone person the Burgers are cooked medium to medium well. My Burger was cooked to well, and looked charred on the ends. The burger was dry, had almost 0 taste, and didnt include the bacon I ordered. Also, all the lettuce and tomatoes and other condiments on the burger where clumped in a small pile on one side. Not good at all, I’m sorry to say.

THE BEST DINNER IN SAN ANTONIO HANDS DOWN! While extremely popular with the after hours crowd, Luther’s is a great go to spot any time day for any meal. The menu is reasonably priced, food is delicious and service fantastic. They maybe the only place in San Antonio with a proper brunch!

Burgers were delicious. Mushrooms were good however a huge clump was fried and stuck together so center was a bit uncooked and gummy. We had to ask for our server but once she came she was friendly and outgoing. The show was a nice addition to the night. Great job ladies.

Luther’s cafe used to be a good tasty spot. Took my kiddo today and boy were we disappointed! Food tasted like it was left overs, gravy had film on it from the moment it was served. I poked a hole in the gravy with a fry it was hard! The Macaroni also used to be my fave from here and the order I got was cold and definitely left overs. Even the fries tasted like it was left overs. I will never go back. I spent 30 bucks for something we didnt eat! Dont go!! Save your money!
