This Chick-fil-A absolutely deserves five stars! I recently ate at the Airport Blvd location and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, and it was a true delight. The Spicy chicken filet was crispy and juicy with no off-putting taste, perfectly paired with the creamy Pepper Jack cheese and fresh vegetables. The combination of flavors and textures was incredible.
​As a side, the Waffle Potato Fries were a perfect choice. Each fry was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with the perfect amount of sea salt to create a delightful savory flavor with every bite.
​Beyond the food, the service was truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, providing a level of service that felt more like a sit-down restaurant than a fast-food joint, which is very rare. The restaurant itself was immaculate, and the facilities, from accessible options to children’s amenities, were well thought out.
​From the food quality to the service and environment, this location is flawless. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Pensacola!

The staff fully maintains the chick-fil-a customer service standards even though they are in an airport. Food was hot and fresh and the staff truly cared about what they were doing, which is a skill you cannot teach. I appreciated having excellent customer service In the wee hours of the morning and the other customers felt the same.

I visited this airport location on Saturday morning September 27 during the last half hour of a busy breakfast rush. During my time in line, the credit card system went down and it was cash only. Then the whole computer order system went down making it difficult to fill orders. The team lead Lee Ann and the whole morning crew did an amazing job working through this difficult situation. Lee Ann kept calm and remained so positive. She even went above and beyond for me, giving my guide dog a pup cup. The staff were quick on their feet and improvised to get the orders out as quickly as possible, while another team member was working with tech support to get the issue fixed. I was very impressed. Great job.

Let me start this off by saying I’ve been to various chick fil a’s inside of airports by far the worst one yet. I was waiting in line for over 20 mins then proceeded to wait 10 more minutes for a 12 pc and a medium French fry,
When the sandwich came out and I opened it, it felt ice cold to touch. The color of the breading was almost if not black grease looks like it hasn’t been changed in months if it were up to me this location would have been closed already or restaffed!!!!

Well, at least they warn you right on the cup! No shame in their game. Small cup of parfait not even half full. Four bites for $5. Had to put a spoon all the way in to show how shallow the yogurt was since it actually looks better in the pics.

It’s the Lord’s chicken but at the airport. So busy everything is pre maid so the hash rounds taste steamed and the chicken and biscuits overcooked and a little dry. I don’t eat at this chain enough to be sure but it felt like the prices were slightly more than usual but nothing exorbitantly so.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited.

Service by a girl named Destiny is not pleasant, it seems she is doing a favor to the customers, she has bad attitude. Not to mention the guy that was on the phone behind the cashier while there were people waiting on the line.

This site is a total disorganization, there is no head managing thee people, actually, they did not have salads and it took about 20 minutes to get some fries.

This restaurant DOES NOT MEET CFA standards.

“NEXT!” Shouts the server behind the cash register with a scowl on her face like someone just told her she was not getting paid today. I was really shocked because I go to Chick-fil-A to receive service that we don’t normally get elsewhere. I was still putting my change away when she shouts in my face “NEXT!”. As if it couldn’t get worse. I ordered the Deluxe Chick-fil-A sandwich and medium Waffle Fries. The chicken was extremely dark from what looked like old oil and completely dried out. Then I only received 4 whole Waffle Fries, the rest of the box was filled with crushed as though they snapped the bottom of the basket to fill this one and hide the fact with a few large pieces. Come on Chick-fil-A, do better and hire better. I know it’s an airport but still.
