@Alexthemacchiatoguy approved 9.0/10. Espresso was dailed, traditional china, and foam was perfect. ordered a cortado. I would describe the enviroment as very lively but unique. If youre looking for that good cup of coffee you can definitely get it here. Support local coffee corporate never. What’s not to love at this awesome coffee shop! I had to try out the Glitter Latte and it did not disappoint. Every time I visit I try something new. The drinks are always impressive and the staff is very friendly and helpful! It can get crowded at times, but that’s a good problem to have. Great place to go locally!

One of the best coffee shops in DFW, and I’ve been to many of them. It’s a huge space with ample seating. It’s a great place to socialize or to do work(headphones would be best on certain days). The coffee is very good and there’s many options available. Same when it comes to pastries. Many options and they’re big and delicious. I typically get their muffins or cinnamon roll. The staff is welcoming and friendly, which is always great to experience. Outstanding overall.

I was next door taking kids to a birthday party so I thought I could order two coffees to-go and run in and grab them. I got the notice that the coffees were ready, so I went in. There’s a clearly labeled “pick up” area, so I headed there. I saw my two drinks (iced caramel macchiato and a caramel frappe) off to the side, out of reach. I stood at the counter hoping to catch any of the three employees’ attention. No one moved. One person was chatting with a customer, another was at the espresso machine, and third was standing in front of the register. We made eye contact, and he rolled his eyes and turned his back. Then he moved closer to the employee chatting with a customer and the three chatted. I leaned over so the employee at the espresso machine could see me. She did and asked “Are you trying to order? It’s over there.” I was clearly standing where it said pick up, and there were two drinks waiting to be picked up, so I thought it was weird that she assumed I was in the wrong lane. Anyway, she eventually gave me the coffees. The coffee was what I expected, but the general lack of customer service really put me off. I’m not looking for white glove service but the point of ordering to go is so I can pick it up relatively easily and quickly. The employees made it 5x as long and I don’t know why I was treated with a terrible attitude about it. Is this what people say about Gen Z? Some customer service/politeness training would go along way. Until then, I won’t be back. For reference this was 2/28 around 12:15.

So many different delicious flavors. Calm atmosphere, lots of great seating choices, friendly staff. Definitely better than those other guys…Second time here and we’ll definitely be back!

Definitely a bit noisy, but comfortable. Lots of seating available including quiet corners and more open spaces, for larger groups and people there alone. Bathrooms are easily accessible and clean. Food was good, though not exceptional – to be fair, I was there later in the day. I wouldn’t mind trying a muffin in the morning, though by noon/early afternoon they’re cold and a bit dry when warmed up. Homestyle wraps are good, though in need a bit of salt. It seemed a bit expensive at first but, after seeing portion sizes, it’s a fair price. Will be returning to try more items!
