I was really impressed to see that they have a self-ordering kiosk available . It makes the whole process quick and simple, especially if you’re in a hurry or just prefer doing things yourself. I placed my order, and within about 2–3 minutes my food was already ready ⏱️ — that kind of speed is hard to beat!
The place itself has a really nice, quiet, and clean atmosphere ✨ . It feels comfortable and relaxed, not chaotic or crowded. I especially liked the cool furniture design — it has that cozy, comfortable look that makes you want to sit and stay a while .
Since I was visiting from out of town, it was great to find a spot like this. I truly enjoyed stopping in and would definitely come back next time I’m in the area .

Today at 10:40pm nov 15 at the drive through my husband ordered his food and there was no meat in the burger. Never seen it like this all my life. Please check who is working this shift. It’s unacceptable!!!!

Reading through previous reviews my issue is not much different. In drive through I ordered 3 big breakfast with pancakes, nothing else. I payed, made it home to find no pancakes in any of the orders. I drove back and manager did refund the cost. That’s not the point THEY SOLD PRIDUCT THEY KNEW THEY WERE OUT OF!! how many other people paid for food they didn’t get, in my communication with manager she used excuse hard times for my reason for wanting my money back. This has nothing to do with hard times, you are purposefully stealing from your customers and brushing if off like no big deal 16 dollars is 4 gallons of gas cheating your customers knowingly and willfully is wrong. The Self ordering kiosk is great to know is available. Wait 2/3 mins food is ready. The place is nice, quiet and clean atmosphere. I enjoyed coming here from out of town. Cool design with the furniture like the comfort look.

Ordered breakfast for 2 with hot drinks. Came with 1 napkin. No napkins in seating area. Had to go ask the robot in the kitchen for napkins. He gave us ONE more.

This is by far the worse Mc Donald’s I have been too..to never have many customers the food is always cold, service is the slowest I have ever seen! Literally..can’t get fresh fries ever! Put mayo on a double cheeseburger! If I were you I’d go to the only other one in town! Unless they are owned by the same person!!

Used their computerized ordering this morning, (very simple), I only purchased a coffee today.
Pushed buttons, ran my credit card, and then waited for them to give me my coffee. 2 creamers 2 sweeteners, 1 shot French Vanilla syrup, and 1 shot of Caramel syrup.

Horrible staff! Orders always get screwed up whether in person, drive thru or even app, and if thats not enough you often have to wait forever! Do yourself a favor AVOID both Elko locations.
