This is a great pizza place. Every part of it was a unique experience. I will say the pizza was delicious. The crust was more crackery*, but I actually liked it with this pizza. Delicious as I imagined. I would say this is great for a good pizza. Big things, they have other items as well accommodating various food allergies. WARNING – stairs access only. But it was worth the *flights.*

Very cool setting with large windows to watch planes on the ramp and taking off and landing. Good selection of local beers. The pizza is pretty good with fresh toppings. You pretty much “build your own” pizza which gives plenty of flexibility.

This might be the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to. Waited over an hour — no appetizers, no pizza, no explanation, no apology. The staff seemed totally unorganized, and everyone around looked equally frustrated. I have no idea why anyone would choose to come here. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again!

Went yesterday to celebrate my birthday with my wife and kids. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 side salads. The sad part is the salad was better than the pizza. Also, when we finally got our pizza, it was cold, like they had left it out back for a while.
Also the pepperoni pizza was horrible the other 2 were fine but this place is over hyped.
Also, as my family and I were leaving, one of the female employees yelled at us to stop to ask if we had an open tab for a root beer. We hadn’t ordered anything that we hadn’t already paid for. This was embarrassing for my wife and me, as we both knew people who were there. Unfortunately, this was our one and only time. Feeling the embarrassment of being accused of not paying for something and being called out for it was the icing on the cake.

East Ramp may be one of my most favorite establishments I have ever walked foot in. And this is coming from someone who has to Japan & back multiple times, the whole of the UK, and 100s of restaurants in NYC. The second you walk through the door you can feel that the energy in this place is just straight up pleasant & peaceful. You are greeted with smiling faces & great smells. Food was absolutely fantastic & I loved every second of my experience here. Highly recommend the porco rosso!
