We came into chipotle to try it out, and I’ll be honest, the food wasn’t all that. Overall everything had a powdery taste but I can’t hold that against the restaurant that’s why I rated a 3/5 stars. Now what I will say, I felt incredibly rushed while ordering and it wasn’t busy at all. The woman at the register was very fast with us and didn’t give us much time to think of a decision. Again this was our first time, so kind of rushed into stuff. Another complaint is the house keeping, I’ve never seen a mess this bad honestly. The restrooms were HORRIBLE, didn’t take photo for privacy, and the floors on the outside needed to be sweeped bad. All the tables were dirty just didn’t look well at all.

I NEVER leave reviews but I had to for this location. This is my 3rd and final time coming to this chipotle location. Every time I’ve come here the service is terrible, workers are rude and always talking to each other instead of making sure guests are taken care of. When I place an online order and it says my order is ready at the pick up counter, it was never ready when it said it was. And to top it off today when I walked in my order was not at the pick up counter when it said it was ready and when I finally get home to eat I see that a bowl is in my bag when I ordered a burrito. This is ridiculous, whoever is handling online orders needs to wake up.

visited the Chipotle location on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC on Tuesday, January 10th at approximately 1:04 p.m. My order number was 186, and the manager on duty was Tijuana.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. While standing in line, I witnessed the manager speaking very rudely to an employee in front of customers, complaining that he was using too much protein. That conversation should have been handled privately. The tone and manner in which she addressed him were disrespectful and uncomfortable for customers to witness.

After dining in, I went into the lobby and found that all the tables were dirty and filthy. I had to ask someone to come out and clean them. The drink station was also a mess and very sticky, clearly needing attention. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the store were extremely poor.

The manager’s lack of professionalism, combined with the dirty dining area and unkempt drink station, reflected very poorly on this Chipotle location. Because of the atmosphere, service, food experience, and overall store condition, I rated this visit one star. I was very disappointed and expected much better from Chipotle.

When I stopped by the manager Jaddiah Quarles assisted me. She made sure my meal was prepared correctly. She also was very efficient. I enjoyed seeing her and her staff work diligently to prepare meals for in- person customers and to go pick up orders. Its refreshing to see young people work hard. They all made sure the working areas were clean. They deserve a raise! Great job!

Absolutely horrible experience. Not one clean table, trash cans overflowing and STINKY, lemonade drinks were empty, condiments empty, NO CHIPS! at Chipotle!! Took 20 mins to get my burrito with 2 people in front of me. So many dirty dishes just lying on the prep table. Honestly worth your time to go further to Haywood or just go to Moe’s. Food was okay though.

Truly abysmal. In short the food was gross and the staff couldn’t have cared less. My husband and I went in right at 10:45 only to be greeted by stares from the staff and a dirty mop in the ordering line. We stood in the line for approximately three minutes before anyone spoke to us. When our order was taken several menu items were missing from the line and the items that were there looked old (chicken and steak half full, brown guacamole, etc). We sat down with our food and it was cold. I suspect the food was leftover from the night before. I couldn’t even finish it.

Ordered a bowl for mobile pickup—chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, veggies, sour cream. Pretty basic. When I got home and opened it, I found they had completely left out the lettuce and veggies. No message, no alert in the app, nothing said when I picked it up. Just a stripped-down version of what I actually paid for.

To make it worse, the front area with napkins and plastic silverware looked like it had been through a minor disaster. No spoons or knives anywhere—just a few rogue forks left on the ground. I ended up eating my bowl with a fork I found at home, which would’ve been fine if the order was actually right to begin with.

It’s one thing to make a mistake, but not communicating and letting the customer discover it after the fact? That’s just lazy. Between the missing ingredients and the chaos at the pickup station, this visit felt like a complete afterthought.

—— I reached out to Chipotle’s support chatbot hoping they’d make this right. Their solution? A limited-time free drink. That’s it. For an incomplete meal and a disorganized pickup experience, a single drink coupon that expires soon. It honestly feels like a slap in the face and shows a real lack of care in resolving the issue properly.

Between the lack of communication, poor store condition, and the dismissive follow-up from support, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish.

We entered the building. 1 customer eating, tables dirty, dirty used employee gloves on bench, no silverware available, garbage full, queso chunky and broken. Asked to speak to Manager, Montasia made the excuse of being under staffed yet there are no customers and 4 employees. see pictures. Think twice before coming here.. Will be calling Darlene in the morning.

I wanted to leave this review because of the poor and rude customer service. Yesterday and today I went to this restaurant, and both days the older lady serving the food was simply rude for no reason. Yesterday my friends simply just placed their order, and she acted like it was a chore to just fix the plate (her job btw). Today, now knowing how she acts, I wanted to be as nice as possible to her, to avoid her rude attitude, but when I ask for a little red sauce, she has a heart attack about it. And gets angry that I didn’t mention it earlier. Even though I was at the end of fixing my plate, which is the point where you ask for the sauce anyways. Why get angry? I understand having a bad day, and I give her the benefit of the doubt. But when I intentionally have to act a certain way to avoid your rude attitude, there is something you need to fix. I wish I could know the schedule so I could come on days that she does not work.

We are here this evening after doing some shopping and wasn’t greeted upon entering as the first red flag , second the line was very dirty/dry looking. The staff was not friendly except one black lady cutting chicken in the back. She made sure the employees stopped what they were doing to come back and check us out. The last thing that was upsetting was the bathroom doors being locked, I’m pregnant and also had a toddler who needed to be changed.
