I ordered pickup and just wanted to compliment the staff. It was the most perfect Taco Bell order I’ve had in years and with everything going on it’s nice to be able to at least rely on dinner to be good. The food was made with love and everyone working tonight deserves a raise.

This was probably one of the best experiences that I’ve had my whole life I enjoyed it a lot. The food was incredible. The staff was so incredibly nice and made my food very fast and also the atmosphere was incredible. Not too loud. Not too quiet. Just the perfect loudness also it wasn’t too busy.

All of the staff seemed high on marijuana it also smelled like it. The guy couldn’t get my order right. I was getting frustrated. When I pulled up to get my food he gave me a very weird and creepy smile and said “enjoy” “see you around”. Really leading me to believe they did something to my food because I got frustrated and even tried to make it obvious to me that they did. Disgusting. I did not eat the food and I will never eat at this Taco Bell again.

I am replying to Cathrine Cran. I am also a DoorDasher and we were there at the same time so I know which lady you’re talking about. The wait was long because it was halloween and they were extremely short-staffed. You very much exaggerated when you said she “tossed” and “slammed” the drinks on the counter, because that did not happen. Yes, she was crying, but if you’ve ever worked a day in your life in customer service, you’d know how bad it is and how rude customers (such as yourself) are. If she in fact did roll her eyes, I don’t blame her.
These are fast food people making minimum wage and are overworked by their managers. They are humans just like me and you so you need to expect human behavior from them. All you needed to do was pull her aside for a short moment and say something kind, instead of leaving a bad review to someone who looks 16. You and me chose to work for DoorDash and I think you’re aware that fast food doesn’t always accommodate us. Yes it can be frustrating, but we chose this and signed up for it.
You have no idea what was happening in her life or even what was happening an hour before we were there, so don’t leave a review unless it’s 100% truthful and honest. Thanks.

I was definitely not impressed with my most recent visit to this location. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 on 10/31 to pick up a DoorDash order to deliver which was set to be ready by 9:47 according to my app. When I went inside it was a little busy but seemed to be moving smoothly, however I ended up waiting 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged I was there. After a few more minutes I was able to ask an employee if they had the order (sometimes they’re stolen from the counter) and she just looked at me and walked away to the back and never checked for my order. Then one of the ladies working by the drive thru was openly crying and tossing (not an exaggeration at all—the bags caught a little air) other customer’s food and drinks on the counter and was rolling her eyes and she definitely should have taken a minute to compose herself before trying to serve people. I ended up leaving after another 5-10 minutes without my customer’s order and it was a giant waste of time.

This store is clearly not upholding any type of food safety standards, use caution because the way they handle their food could make someone really sick. I ordered two enchilada burritos, both the rice and the chicken in the burrito were clearly old, it was discolored, dry and crunchy like it had been sitting in heat for several hours. I don’t know if they just use the old food for doordash orders because there isn’t anyone to come in to complain to them or what but the chicken in my burrito was literally crunchy, clearly past the time they should have marked it as waste and thrown it out. This food is NOT safe to eat. I attached a picture to show the old chicken next to a piece of fresh chicken from a different burrito so that you can see exactly how old the chicken they gave me was. This can make people SICK. Whoever made this food should lose their job because there is no mistaking the chicken they gave me for fresh chicken. It is hard as a rock and only used either to lessen the cost of waste or out of pure laziness.

Terrible terrible service I waited over an hour for an online order. I literally watched them make order after order and hand them out even people who would come in after me and ordered got their food first. This was utterly ridiculous on top of that when I asked about the status of my order I was ignored by the staff. To the point where I had to raise my voice and yell it was utterly ridiculous the treatment that me and several others received at this establishment go to any other Taco Bell other than this one

Most disgusting restaurant in Treasure Valley!! Entire $30 order inedible – crushed taco shells, overcooked, flat, gross mex pizza… whole order was wet (not the bag – so it wasn’t the Dasher’s fault)…. It’s this restaurant & it’s staff. They should all be fired & business shut down for quality issues… I’ve had similar problems another time I ordered from this Taco Bell, but thought I’d give em another chance. BIG MISTAKE!!!

I had to repeat myself multiple times at the speaker cause they kept not adding things i was ordering and when i finally thought we corrected it i got home and saw all my sauces and a couple burritos were missing
