Placed an online order and drove straight over for drive-thru pickup. There was about a 10-minute wait in the line, but the process was smooth. The ordering station had an auto-generated voice, and once I gave my name, my entire order popped up on the screen for me to confirm , super convenient and clear.
After confirming, I pulled up to the next window and my food was already prepared and ready to pick up. Everything was accurate, warm, and the overall experience was quick and hassle-free.

I’ve came two nights in a row, placed online orders around 12 at night. Food was great, I paid for extra chicken an other toppings and they definitely delivered with my extra toppings!
Foot was nice an hot. Fry’s were banging to code . Beats waiting 25-30 mins at the other Taco Bell on Ann Arbor rd! They completed my order within 7 mins of placing it! Give your night shift people some props, they have definitely improved!

The wait here is always awful, I won’t include that in my score because they are all pretty bad. What upsets me here…..you Never get what you expect. Simple order….steak quasidilla. I’ve had this many times before….never had it filled with Pintos….if they are low on something they just automatically fill it with a cheaper space filler!?!? The food service industry is Hopeless, Taco Bell and McDonalds are leading the decline.

I don’t understand all the recent bad reviews. I would’ve given this location one star about a year ago too, but I’ve gone here a few times in the last few months & the service is always fast & extremely friendly. I go out of my way to go to this location. I usually order within the app & select drive-thru pickup so I like that they let the AI lady confirm my order & let me go through. Other locations cut her off & ask me immediately what I want to order so I have to tell them that I ordered online & it just takes longer. I understand that it is probably a pain for customers that are actually trying to place an order at the drive-thru, but for customers like me who have already ordered, it’s nice that they are at least listening & know that they don’t have to do extra work & saves us all some time.

They have a machine taking the order at the driveway. I found it just as frustrating as automated phone systems. Hire more workers! Also, I paid for the correct order of 2 beef supreme burritos & instead received 2 bean burritos from cashier Drew K.

I had a trailer and wasn’t able to use the drive through so I ordered online for pick up in store. I got there and there were a bunch of people sitting inside but all the doors were locked. I didn’t know what to do so I went up to the drive through window and asked for my pre-paid order. They were rude and said they couldn’t serve me without being in a vehicle. I explained that I couldn’t drive through because of my trailer. They just shrugged and shut the door. I had to yell at the tall white guy before he asked for my name and gave me my order. I already had a stressful day and they went and made it worse.
Worst experience I’ve had in fast food.
Also, my taco looked like it had been sitting in water.

Ordered a burrito supreme, no onion and no tomato. It had tomato on it, and was 2/3 beans. Ordered 2 taco supremes. We had to turn around and go back to get our 2nd taco since it wasn’t in the bag. Then discover that the one taco they initially gave us wasn’t even a supreme. Ordered a pop which was beyond disgusting (pretty sure they never clean their pop machine ) and was undrinkable. I wouldn’t eat at this location again even if I were starving. They already have AI taking the food orders, I can’t wait until robots start making food too, the right way all the time. As much as that technology terrifies me.

Hit or miss here. Walked in to manager screaming at the employees threatening to cut hours. Waited 20 minutes for our order inside because the drive-through was wrapped around the building. Sometimes I come here in the food is excellent in the service is great then the next three visits are horrible. The staff was friendly though and location was fairly clean

I can not believe this. I have been going to this place for years like my whole life I’ve lived in canton and this is the second time that my order has been forgotten with an item missing. They get a 2 star due to the fact that when I went back to make my complaint a worker gave a attitude and said….and I quote “I remember putting it in the bag” and when I heard that I got even more upset but I stay professional as anyone should so in the end I got my missing item but I was not proud of what I had experience today.
