I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with coworkers during lunch. The restaurant temperature was noticeably cold as the air conditioning was set very high which made it freezing inside. I ordered the lunch special which included ten boneless wings tossed in Asian Zing sauce with a side of fries for $12 that’s a great deal.
Service however was slower than expected. The food was served cold and the server was frequently absent resulting in delays with drink refills. Despite these service related concerns the quality and flavor of the food remained consistent with prior visits and were overall enjoyable.

We placed an online order for pickup and completed it at 8:45 PM. The confirmation stated the food would be ready by 9:10 PM. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:00–9:05, but several employees were standing around the front counter chatting and didn’t seem to notice or acknowledge that an order was waiting.
My food wasn’t ready until around 9:50 PM — a full 40 minutes late. I should have been home well before then. On top of that, we were missing sauces and the ones we did receive were half full. The sandwich was dry, and the 5-piece chicken tenders only had 4 pieces which were extremely dry androckhard. We also received random spicy wings, which we didn’t order and don’t eat, so that was a complete waste. The food didn’t even taste fresh.
This kind of experience is exactly why I’ve stopped tipping until I receive my order correctly and on time.

This is a clean and family-friendly American restaurant specializing in chicken wings. This is a good place for eats, drinks, and sports viewing. Televisions wrap around the whole dining room. Two of us tried three different flavors of traditional chicken wings. I liked the Jamaican jerk the most. I thought the mild option had enough spicy kick. I preferred the mild to the medium option. I thought the medium was overkill hot. The wings were average. The margarita was average. We had the best waitress, friendly and welcoming. I’m not sure if the kitchen was unorganized, but it did take 30 minutes for our order to be served; 20 wings and a salad. Prices are reasonable for the quality here. Take out seems to be popular here.

Went here last night it started off slow waited almost 45 mins for service till I got up and went to the bar and got me some great drinks and the bartender told me I could go back to where I was and he’d bring what I ordered it came out super fast before my tables food nice and hot. He went above and beyond he didn’t have to do any of that but i definitely appreciate it. Even with the misunderstanding my brother had with the waitresses we still had a great experience hopefully I can go back .

Atmosphere is always legit, but we are here to talk about how God graced my plate so I ordered the new chicken sandwich with fries and I like the sprinkle good seasoning on my fries and my go to was Cajun seasoning. Well, they didn’t have any Cajun seasoning so the server referred that I put salt and vinegar seasoning on my french fries and sweet dear Lord, this was absolutely amazing and I don’t think I will eat my fries. Any other way from now on.

The chicken was dry and fried hard and extra crispy it was not order that way. I was charged 99 cent for a small container of ranch dressing. This is the last time I will eat there. I don’t normally do reviews but after spending $23 dollars on disappointing food is leaving me still hungry. I’m PO that I am throwing away food. I don’t waste food. This is ridiculous. Also one of my chicken wings still had feathers that was fried and smothered with sauce.

I was at BWW for lunch as usual today. For the third time, they’re bringing dried-up hot wings and ice-cold French fries to the table. Every time I complained, they say they can change it, so they must know what they’re bringing. If you don’t say anything, they’ll serve you the leftover meal. Barmaid, After talking to the manager Bobby, he gave a $1.95 discount. I paid n left after a few bite. The quality isn’t the same as it used to be at this location anymore for some reason.

This was one of the worst experiences my and myself have encountered. So many times were dirty ( they were not busy when we arrived) the food was disgusting. Fries ice cold, onion rings tasted like old burnt oil. The patty melts had an off taste to the meat and the wings were rubbery. I do not recommend this location at all. Our server never once checked in to even see how things were even as we sat there is disgusted faces. Never will we go again.

I ordered wings and fries. My fries were hard and a few. When I took them back in the store, they just dumped new burnt fries on my old burnt fries. Very disappointed.

I absolutely loved it, mostly because a waitress was super nice and that the food was great but Buffalo Wild Wings is just great overall my opinion. Like I said service is good because the waitress that served us was very very nice and I will go back because it was just perfect
