I eat Arby’s quite a lot, and yesterday I ordered the steak nuggets, with fries and a drink, but something was off, and when I started to eat my nuggets, I realized the were cut to smaller pieces, when I go to other locations I get chunky nuggets, but today at this location I feel shorted. In the image you can see these nuggets were cut in half.

Good was fresh and hot . Friendly service . I got the $7.99 deal and it came with roast beef sandwich , mozzarella and marinara , fries , drink , and peach cobbler roll . Pretty good deal .

This place is disgusting and run down.
The lobby floors are completely filthy and your shoes stick to the carpets. There is no A/C, windows are bust out and boarded up, walls look like someone had a blast putting holes in them, they need some serious work as well…

I’m normally not the guy to complain but my visit today really got under my skin…. So I got the Mac and cheese…. While pulling it out the bag, I realized I had no way to eat it in my bag, then I looked at the prep label on the bottom and it was supposed to be used by 10am yesterday and its 430pm today so over 24hours expired…. Guess I’ll need to find somewhere else to go for lunch now

I don’t normally leave reviews but…came to Arby’s on E colonial drive & I was highly pleased! The restaurant was very clean inside, the service was great as I was greeted by a very kind young lady. I had the roast beef sandwich & the food was very fresh, the fries were hot! I will definitely be returning again soon! Best Arby’s in the area for sure.
