It was my first visit of Wendy’s and the experience was nothing to write home about. I am also very generous while giving it 3 stars.
The waiting time was extreme for a fast food place. Probably around 30 minutes.
The food was similar to McDonald’s and very oily.
The coffee was served cold (probably done first and then it was just sitting idle until the food was ready).
The staff made zero effort to provide some kind of customer experience.
I might try different location at some point, but this visit of Wendy’s did not convince me to come back.

I went through drive thru and had a positive experience, was helped right away and did not have to wait but 4-5 min for everything. The manager Juana was very nice and friendly. I got a chicken wrap and baked potato and both so delicious and filling! Chicken was perfectly cooked very moist, and potato was right out of the oven.

This Wendy’s has the kindest staff! They served me so speedily and with smiles on their faces. Everything was hot and delicious. The interior is spacious, comfy and clean. Plus they’re conveniently located right next to the train station. Definitely one of my top 10 favorite fast food locations. Thanks for quick and tasty meal!

Stopped in late says it was open until 2am. The light in the window said drive through open. We pulled up to order but never heard anyone on the other side. We could see one car in the parking lot and drove around to the window. Saw the employee inside with his headphones in and he avoided eye contact with us. Either information should be updated, since it is a small detour off of 101, or owner might want to know he’s paying his employees to not serve customers.

We ordered take out for a pecan salad, 4-piece tender meal, and two David singles. However, when we got home, we noticed that there are a couple of items are missing, including a single burger and fries. We tried to call back, and no one is answering. Felt a bit cheated out by the service there.

Beyond incompetent. Just ring up a burger & fries. Add a coffee. Ok, 5 mins trying to get the till to add a coffee. Forget the coffee. Let me stand there for 10 mins for my “fast” food. Never again.

I visit Wendy’s several times a year and rarely have any problems, but this locations service was by far THE WORST. Why? Happy to place my order using a kiosk, and then saw 5-6 orders in queue ahead of me. Stood there for over 10 minutes before the first of those was called (and that person jad to come back because her order was wrong). Then another 5 minutes for the next order. Eventually I told them to cancel my order because I had to leave, at which point they fulfilled it (with one minor mistake).
The confusing part is that there were several workers doing their jobs, but orders were just processed so slowly. Management seriously needs to watch and time this process to realize how bad it is. I will NEVER come back to this Wendy’s location.

Gotta say, I do enjoy their chili and salads! Quick, affordable, convenient, and downright tasty!! Its definitely a go-to place for a fast satisfying meal on a budget! This location in particular has always been friendly and quick, and as of the time of coronavirus, all staffers seem to be taking extra care and always have on masks and gloves. Keep up the good work!
