I ordered a #7 and I also ordered a LG mocha iced coffee. When I got home I pulled out the hot picante sauces and one was extremely dirty and disgusting. It looks as though this sauce packet had been on the ground for quite some time and then picked up and placed back in the storage container to hand out to customers. My Mocha was not mixed whatsoever and it was just a plain coffee with chocolate syrup on the bottom. They also put whip cream on it even though an iced coffee does not come with whip cream. Extremely unpleasant and unsanitary experience.

If I could leave Zero stars, I would. Ordered my granddaughter a chocolate shake. Barely any chocolate. Not mixed either. Asked her to pleaze fix it. She refused and said,”the machine spits it out that way, that’s how you get it!” And rude. Mcdonalds has gone downhill. And gone up in price. $5 for a med crap shake! Ill go somewhere else from now on

I would suggest you go to a different McDonald’s. This place has one job and that is to make burgers. I just got my sandwich and this is how I got it. I understand they were busy but this looks like they literally threw the ingredients on the paper and wrapped it that way.

While the food is fine (I mean it’s McDonald’s) the service was lacking and the restraunt itself is a pit. When our food was dropped off at our table my son and I said thank you and were ignored and treated as if we weren’t even here. The floor and table tops in this particular McDonald’s are atrocious. There are frys napkins and stickyness everywhere. Yuck . Glad I don’t have to poop because I can only imagine what state the restrooms are in.

Little to no effort customer service with questionable employees seems to have become McDonalds’ vision statement. Employees were basically wearing Pajamas, swearing at each other, and vaping in the Dining room. Food was warm and that was the only upside. Tables were all dirty and I wasn’t greeted with a smile or even any eye-contact. It makes you wonder what happened to the days when McDonald’s was a place where you could bring your kids for a treat and be greeted happily by the employees. The franchise markets a family and child friendly environment so I was a little disappointed by what I saw. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s restaurants and there are a few that still strive to uphold what the franchise used to be, but this one was far from it.

My experience wat great and the hospitality was amazing the pool and beach access easy.we didn’t have a car you step out for free trolly rides to and from the hotel. My family first time there and enjoyed every minute. not to expensive.will return in july.ty for making our stay comfortable from the housekeeper and working staff. The place is amazing.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Absolutely disgusting. Where they prepare the food is disgusting, the area around it is terrible. Trash everywhere. I had to take photos of the tampon in the juice right at the counter, where they hand people their food. This franchise must do better.

Im actually bewildered. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at McDonald’s as I did tonight. The person taking our order got it completely wrong even though we had to repeat ourselves many times. then they charged me for an extra sauce and refused to give it to me unless I paid even more?! Plus, my burger had a huge rip out of the bun and my chicken sandwich was not a hot n spicy like ordered. The customer service was absurd and I wish I could leave a 0 star review.

Mc Donald’s is supposed to be known for it’s fast service, but wow – this Mc Donald’s needs some serious work or something because I should not have to wait 15 minutes in line for an ice cream. I’ve had issues here before, so I would just recommend grabbing food somewhere else.
