Had Ordered 4 orders of pancakes and 5 hash browns with a steak egg and cheese bagel. It took over 20 mins and by the end I never got my sandwich and told then just to give me anything they had because I needed to get going. While I was waiting for the sandwich, I watched 3 other people get a refund because they either never got there food or was tired of waiting after 20 mins. I have seen a lot of horrible restaurants but this one takes the cake. I just hope the owner sells it because it’s obvious they have no business being a franchise owner running a business like this. If I was corporate I would force them to sell and never allow them to own another McDonald’s again…..

Most of the time food and service are goid. My biggest issue is the cost of my meal changes daily, sometimes I’m charged for a coke with breakfast and sometimes it’s included with the breakfast. It would be nice if the crew and myself all new what to expect.

I ordered and paid for a number 4 and got cold 10 piece nuggets. Last 2 times, no sauce for happy meals. 20.00 and have to go to Wendy’s for some eatable food. Oh, and I called twice and no answer. Worst McDonald’s i have ever been to.

I have to go through Napoleon every month and I always stop at McDonald’s for a quick break, but over the years it has gone downhill considerably. Yesterday I bought a frozen coke and a coffee. I was sipping on the frozen coke as I was driving and all of the sudden, there was something icky and chewy in my straw. I think it was a napkin because it was the right color. I called them as I was driving so they could be sure this did not occur again and the lady who answered said it was not possible because this machine is self-cleaning! Not sure I will ever stop there again!

Took 48 min to get a burger and fries. Kids are in the back not doing anything and yelling 67. Manger is screaming and you can hear it in the lobby. This place is pathetic.
If i could Leave a negative amount of stars I would. This place sucks.
Now manger is yelling saying stuff isn’t getting done but it walking into the bathroom on her phone.

Always something missing. Today it was my drink. The wait time is insane going through drive thru. This location will look not busy but trust me they are. How you forget the drink… twice… loke its not even funny at this point. Stop parking cars if you cant stay organized

The service is unwelcoming, handing you your food with a bad attitude rather than treating you like a valued customer. This time was especially amusing—they served my Filet-O-Fish with a chicken patty instead of fish.

Fries and nuggets were barely warm. Chicken sandwiches were dark in color, tasted of fish and old grease. No place to order face to face. Lost the feeling of customer centered or even any customer care.
