I had placed a carry out order tonight and ended up receiving the incorrect food. Upon realizing what happened, Cafe Rio re-made my order and ended up tossing in a couple desserts as an apology.

Way way too much lettuce How are you? No chicken Harley no rice one scoop of avocado. I don’t know what you call pico de gallo but that is not pico de gallo. That was just cut up tomatoes not happy at all. this is what it looked like after I took out all the lettuce just to check the bottom

We’ve been eating Cafe Rio for what must be decades at this point and the food never disappoints, especially the barbacoa. Portion sizes are very healthy and leave most people with leftovers.
This location was a bit on the messy side as many tables didnt appear to be cleaned well. Drink station was a bit of a mess.
Service was slow, but that was attributed to there being only one person working the prep counter.
Overall it was a decent experience with the expected good food. Solid choice if you are ever in the area.

Um….. AMAZING FOOD! Cafe Rio is the best and hands down much better than Chipotle. We spoke with a guy who seemed to be the manager. It seems like he really cares about this place. Nice job, dude!

1st time going there. Was not impressed with it. There lettuce the guacamole was on the brown side. They had no ice for the drink area. The tables are just completely disgusting. They need a deep cleaning. Don’t think I’ll be heading back anytime soon.

This was my first time at Cafe Rio, my mother in law took me because she loves it. The food was amazing and portions were HUGE. We had a coupon for free chips amd salsa but the code wouldn’t work, what I assume is the manager/owner honored it anyway and hooked us up with extra salsas. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met, he chatted with us even though he was busy and just an all around great experience!

We had a run-in with a homeless woman while we dined-in and Gina helped us deal with it in a graceful, professional, and kind manner.

Went to lunch here today and there was only one person on the line working through a massive line so it took a while. I ordered a burrito and the portion of meat they gave was pathetic so I ordered double meat yet it was still what a normal portion size would have been months ago. When I asked about it they said that was just the amount they were supposed to give. $18 for a burrito with probably 4 oz of meat…NOT WORTH IT!
