I planned a 40th birthday party for my husband with Hooters food. I went into the store personally to speak with someone who could help. I was greeted by Jaime, and she was wonderful! She answered all of my questions, concerns, and eased my fear and worries about my event. Jaime was kind, honest, professional and made me feel like I mattered. I placed a large-ish order with Jaime, and she kept in touch with me throughout the week, making herself available for anything I needed. When it came time to pickup my order, I spoke with Jaime again, and Lee, the manager. Lee was just as kind and helpful as Jaime. They both brought me my orders and discussed them with me personally. My husband was with me, and they wished him a happy birthday. Lee even helped us bring everything out to our car and secure it. The food was delicious, and hit and fresh. It was perfect. My husband had the best birthday, and I couldn’t be more thankful to Lee, but especially to Jaime for continuously going above and beyond for me to make sure my needs were met. I will definitely go back to this location, for the food, but specifically for the customer service.

Patience at Hooters was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always full. Her energy and positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even better. She handled everything quickly and with a smile, even when it was busy.

I’ve not had a bad experience here. The food is always excellent and the service is exceptional. My server Madi did an excellent job. She was fast friendly and i swear she could run that entire restaurant. Keep it up yall.

Karleigh is always a great server…..ready to serve with a smile! Always keeps our drinks filled and asking what we need next! Whatever you pay her it should be more! Great customer service is hard to come by these days but I know I can always get it here when karleigh is our server!

She kept the drinks filled, food came out perfect, and her positive attitude made the whole experience better. Easily one of the best servers I’ve had here. Stopped in to have lunch while in town house-hunting from Florida.
Was actually in a bit of a low mood, but my server, Karleigh (spelling) was so nice and attentive that it made this guy’s day just a bit brighter. Sometimes, someone’s kindness goes a long way. You never know what someone else is going through, so be kind. Karleigh is a star at that.

I meet my friends and drinking buddies there from time to time.
I recommend the burgers, buffalo shrimp, and fish and chips.
The fajita quesadilla is solid, but a little salty. I would pass on the Philly cheese steak.

Karleiigh and Sarah are the best servers to have around here. They are the only reason we are coming back here. This place is better than twin peaks. The atmosphere and music is phenomenal
