Frequent this store quite often to get breakfast for my team and they always knock it out of the park. Every time I go I hit them with a $100+ order for breakfast and they don’t skip a beat! Staff is super polite and friendly, food is great and well made, always given plenty of napkins and sauces to go with the order and they package everything very well in separate bags to keep the order organized inside a larger bag to carry my order to the car. Would highly recommend this location, they do a fantastic job and everyone seems genuinely happy to help you.

The French fries were not hot or fresh. But we went to the manager to let them know we werenot happy with the food. And the manager was very nice to get us 2 orders of new fries. And he replaced the fries we paid for at McDonald’s. We were glad to have something that night. Being me and my son got done working from our jobs. It is not bad food. But it is a reasonable price to pay. Especially if your budget is tight. When your low in money. Its a good place to get something to eat. When your hungry. And there was alot of places to sit and eat in McDonald’s. And plenty of places to park. And it’s free parking as long as you are buying McDonald’s food. But the employees are very good. And the manager was a very good caring person. To handle the French fries we ordered. He is a very good manager. And handled the matter with our French fries. We were very satisfied with his service. Fast food is not very healthy. But it better than having nothing to eat. And they do have a play area in the resturant. For the kids to play inside. While family eats. And the bathrooms are clean.

Service is adequate most of the time, but today somebody brought out my food, I said, thank you, very clearly, but the worker didn’t reply or seemed to register anything. Just a blank look and nothing more.
I understand if they maybe per chance had been treated badly by a customer before my interaction, and was just salty over it. I get it. But I guess it just shows the change in customer service from back in the day when you would put your plastic smile on and just keep sending it no matter what.
Either way, I appreciate those other workers that still keep their focus as best as they can. And to that young man today, I’m sure you will develop that needed skill of letting things roll off you, over time. Just don’t give up and let others get you down. Keep going and you’ll be fine. Give positive vibes and you will get them back. Thanks.

I get off work at 2:30 AM and work 10 hour shifts. My fiancée asked me to pick up McDonald’s, and this was the closest 24 hour location. I placed my order at 3 AM after I got off work, drove 15 minutes to the location, told then my code, couldn’t even understand what they were saying so I pulled ahead. Then I sat there for another 10 minutes as I watched several employees walk by and look at me – not once ever opening the window. Then finally one of them opens the window, I told him I have a mobile order, he tells me they didn’t get it and they’re serving breakfast…
This location serves breakfast until 3:59 AM. It was even 3:30 by the time they finally opened the window.. I was able to place an order for dinner food, I drove all that way, and then was told I couldn’t get my food. Honestly, really disappointing. Fix your hours. You don’t serve dinner until 3:59 AM! I drove all that way, then an additional half hour home, empty handed.

This was a good McDonald’s.
The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Our food came up quickly and was hot. They gave me some extra sweet and sour sauce because I forgot to order it with my daughter’s nuggets.
I really do suggest using the app and signing up for rewards. It is the cheapest way to order McDonald’s.

A decently good McDonald’s- it’s kept clean and has good hours for service. The staff is friendly and hard working. We have unfortunately had repeated issues with the kiosks and our orders. It has happened where the order went all the way through, no food arrived, we checked, and apparently no order went through. The kiosks have not been printing receipts. I do not know why- but each time I have ordered a medium hot pumpkin latte they have given me a small iced one- not sure if it is a glitch in the system or what.

Woman who took my order was unfriendly and dishonest. I wanted a Carmel frappe and she told me they didn’t have it so I asked for an alternative and she told me they have no frappes shakes or ice cream available. When I got to the second window a guy was getting a shake ready for another customer. I told him the woman told me they were unavailable and he just shrugged uncomfortably. Get home and our food is dripping in oil. I have never had our food been like this at any McDonald’s before. It was so oily it soaked through the cardboard containers and the bag. Poor service and low quality food. Also to add my previous time here the woman who you pay tried to shortchange me. I believe it was deliberate based on her expression and how she tried to laugh it off.

The fries were ICE COLD! I did not have time to ask for new fries because I didn’t realize they were cold until I got back to work, they did not taste fresh at all. Not to mention, the employees were extremely rude and just throw your food at you, no hi or have a good day or anything like that. It’s so hard working at McDonald’s apparently..

I can hardly walk because of a bad back. I have to do grubhub and “walk” because I need the money. The least amount of walking the better. So I politely ask the manager in drive thru if she could make an exception for me because of this. She wouldn’t even come to the speaker. When I went inside I asked to speak to her. I literally couldn’t even get out my concern without constantly being cut off. Horrible experience & extremely disappointed. I don’t recommend this location.
