Worst burrito I’ve ever had in my entire life!!!! Take some pride in the food you make, who would allow a burrito to come out un rolled, definitely not a Mexican cook, paid 50 dollars to eat slop. Order chips and salsa and got chips with a splash of salsa. No napkins or silverware. This place has gone down hill over the years. I would have got way better food at the food truck down the street. I definitely felt rushed out and not welcome to be there and all i did was order food. I highly don’t recommend this place. The way they treated this burrito is how they treated me

Excellent food and drinks! Unique, authentic and just plain tasty! From the Ultima Margarita with Dobel tequila, to the butternut squash enchiladas, this spot is an instant favorite. Excellent service, free two hour parking, fun atmosphere are all icing on the cake.

I was surprised how delicious this was! I got the butternut squash enchiladas, and my partner got the brisket burrito. Both had great sauces and ingredients, they were really flavorful. There are numerous vegetarian options. The portions and quality made it very worth the price, which wasn’t bad at all. We also tried the flan, and it was SO good. Really cool interior too. And the wait staff was friendly and thoughtful! I’ll be returning. 🙂

The server was extremely kind and professional and very pleasant. The food arrived quickly and it was utterly delicious. The server was consistently awesome and she boxed our food for us and was overall very efficient. Great experience and this is why we keep coming back!

My new favorite place. The prices are very good and the food is so tasty. They also have a big selection of mocktails, and honestly they are the best I’ve tried. The environment is very friendly and relaxing, I felt comfortable right away. The staff are nice and welcoming, and the service is quick. The place is clean and cozy, perfect to come with friends or family. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to others.

Our recent visit to Seattle included a dining experience at Cactus, a Latin fusion establishment. While the restaurant presents a Mexican aesthetic, its culinary offerings lean towards a Latin fusion concept. For those seeking traditional Mexican cuisine, this may not be the ideal choice. However, for individuals in search of a flavorful dining experience with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service, Cactus is highly recommended. During our visit, I selected the chimichanga with smoked brisket, which offered a complex and enjoyable flavor profile. My son opted for the flautas, which he also found to be excellent. For dessert, we shared the flan and sweet bananas. Although I was unable to partake in the sweet bananas due to a cinnamon allergy, my son reported they were exceptional. It is worth noting that Kurt Cobain reportedly had his final meal at this establishment, including the sweet bananas for dessert.
The flan was enjoyable, though I personally prefer my own recipe, I still highly recommend it.
The cost, including beverages, was approximately $50+ per person, which is considered reasonable.
In summary, while the restaurant’s Mexican-inspired dishes receive a rating of 5 out of 10, its Latin fusion offerings are rated a 9 out of 10, making it a worthwhile dining destination.

I really enjoy this place. The food is very good, comforting and filling. I do find it odd that they take your food away to box it to go, instead of giving you a box and letting you do it yourself. Sometimes I want to do it myself so I can avoid boxing the things I don’t want to eat later. Service is always excellent. Very pleasant experience.

The food here is always amazing, and the staff (especially our waiter Adam) is great! The seafood chowder was incredible, and the braised kurobuta pork shank was awesome! Of course we had to have the warm toffee cake for dessert, which did not disappoint! Always a good time at Cactus!

Been a couple of times. Atmosphere is nice. Service is standard.
Food….seems like they took the Mexican out of the food. Rice taste like it comes from those Ready Rice packets from the store. Black beans are meh. Tortillas were just not it.
Enchiladas are pretty good.
Pozole is okay but did not taste like Pozole. More like something you would eat with a grilled cheese sandwich.
Best thing they have going for them are their drinks and maybe dessert.
Wife and I felt like this place boosted our confidence in our own cooking. We actually make better food than this.

Food was great, not like the best ever but pretty freaking good! The butter cake especially was so flavorful, my only “complaint” is that this cake shouldn’t just be seasonal and should be year round, it’s so good!!! Service was really great and attentive, and the atmosphere is fun and festive with lots of decorations—sorta felt like a Disneyland restaurant.
