Absolutely loved Indian Aroma Bistro in Hendersonville! Such a great variety in food and flavors for the buffet. It was a great way to try new things! The staff was really friendly and even offered to send us home with some food since they were getting ready to close. Highly recommend if you’re in the Hendersonville area.

Indian Aroma Bistro was a great experience. The food was excellent. We started with the Chutney sampler and some Raita with garlic naan. It was all great, but the Raita, cilantro chutney and tomato chutney stood out.
Moving on to dinner, my daughter and I shared the butter chicken and chicken vindaloo. Both were top notch. Though I like to try different things, if we make it back it would be tough to pass up those two.

Indian Aroma is becoming our new Indian food go-to in the Hendersonville/Asheville area. Perfect setting in downtown HVL with easy parking deck nearby. Food gets better and better each time we go. Their lunch buffet is my favorite but going at dinner time is great too. Exceptional flavors and friendly staff, looking forward to our next visit.

We had an amazing experience at Indian Aroma in Hendersonville. Our server, Avi, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations.
We ordered the samosa chaat, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and garlic naan, and every dish was excellent. The samosa chaat completely blew us away — I’ve never had samosa prepared like that before, and now I’m obsessed. Easily one of the best appetizers I’ve had in a long time.
The butter chicken and chicken tikka masala were both rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the garlic naan was soft, fresh, and addictive.
Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend.

You can smell the delicious food from a block away. As soon as you enter the restaurant the Aroma smacks you in the face and instantly makes your mouth water. The whole experience was Devine! The music was surprisingly good. From the excellent and attentive service to the explosion of flavors each dish has to offer. I drove an hour just to try this restaurant. I will be making this drive more than I would like to admit.

We had been here before a long time ago and was disappointed. However, we wanted to give it another try and are we glad we did. The food was Incredible, though perhaps a bit small on the portion size of the meat in the dish. Nevertheless, that aside, it was tasty and reminded us of other well known restaurants back in the UK. Avi, who was our server could not have been any more friendly and ensured our experience was top class. We will definitely be back and hope Avi serves us once more.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years. We ordered Shrimp Kadai Curry and Lamb Rogan Josh, both of which were an absolute disaster. The shrimp were rubbery and overcooked, clearly sitting under a heat lamp far too long. The Lamb Rogan Josh was a greasy, flavorless mess—tasteless gravy with tough, chewy meat that seemed reheated from days ago. At $24 dish customer would except quality food.
To top it off, there was a long strand of hair baked into the curry. When we pointed it out to the server, they shrugged, and replaced our bread that’s all. Horrible food, worse service, and a blatant hygiene failure.The food spoiled my birthday dinner.
