The food from Chili’s is always amazing and satisfies my cravings. All of their food is amazing but the 2 dishes that stood out was the Mac n cheese that came as a side for my chicken crispers, It was super cheesy and the noodles were al dente! Their Nashville hot mozzarella sticks are super crispy,crunchy,spicy but not too spicy (aka the perfect amount of heat) and the cheese stretches as long as a jump rope! All I see on social media are chili’s mozzarella sticks and I can see why they are delicious!

I had the steak, husband had penne pasta with chicken. My first steak wasn’t med rare. Liz quickly corrected it and the second one was perfect.! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back for sure!

I placed a late-night takeout order around 9:30 PM, and the experience was fantastic. It was also a very large order—we ordered for 9 people plus appetizers and desserts—and they handled it perfectly. Everything was ready on time, nothing was missing, and all the items were clearly labeled, which made it so easy to sort everything out when we got to our hotel rooms.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as great. When I pulled up to pick up my order, I was greeted right away and handed my food with a smile. The whole process was quick, organized, and very friendly.
10/10 experience. If I’m ever back in Newport News, I will definitely be coming back!!

I came in tonight with a friend. Our service was outstanding. I do not remember our waiters name but he has the gage ear piercings and was super nice. Great sever and super friendly. He was very attentive to us which was nice. Also I highly recommend the baked potato soup it is delicious. Please do me a favor and get this man a raise because he was great!!

The way chilis played in my face today was crazy and the pregnant manager allowed it. This is absolutely crazy. why would she even let something like this be brought to the table? Fire the manager, theres no way chilis is out here ripping people off like this. i attend plenty of happy hours and NEVER have I seen this. $6 for a cheap tequila(lunazul) mixed drink and the cup. i was charged twice to fill the cup. i was here the week before and spent $100 then and tonight. just order your food to go, dont waste your time dining in, you arent missing anything except being ripped off.

I completely forgot to write this review. Yesterday (1-16), we came in and waited for 15 mintues and the hostesses upfront were very much nice, especially because it was very busy that night. We went ahead and sat at our table and as soon as we sat down, our amazing server, Ashley, came and took our orders. She did a fantastic job and I think she needs a raise (seriously, she’s talented). Our food was top tier and I really have no complaints about my meal. Definitely would recommend.

My wife and I decided to visit this establishment after noticing their enticing three-item deal. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and seated in a comfortable area suitable for our newborn. Our friendly waitress took our order right away, and to our delight, the food arrived almost immediately. I truly appreciated the thoughtful service and accommodations, which made our experience enjoyable. The smash burger and fries were delicious, and the mango lemonade mixed with Sprite was particularly refreshing. We look forward to returning in the future.

It took about 10 minutes for us to be greeted at our table. We ordered our drinks, an appetizer
and our food. Our food was delivered but my burger was a totally different one than I ordered. We had to flag down a server and they prepared the correct one within minutes. It was made very well. After that we had super friendly service but no one really checked on us after food was delivered. The employees are very friendly though.
