If I could give this zero stars I would. Came here last week and ordered a chicken cantina taco. It literally had two pieces of chicken. I was told that was normal. Came again and have waited 35 minutes. Did a mobile order and so they can’t even refund my money. Still after waiting 35 minutes, I’m told there are seven orders in front of mine. HOW?? I don’t ever post reviews especially negative but felt like I needed to.

Ordered quite a bit of food, but tasted more tortilla than anything. Mexican pizza was burnt and not cut. Ordered 2 beefy potato grillers, barely any meat, and NO POTATOES! Not sure if they were upset with how much food was ordered, fed up with the snow weather, or just bad service. There’s usually something wrong with the food when we go to this Taco Bell, definitely will be driving the little extra distance to the next one.
Came again 3/3/26 and waited longer for my 3 items and when I got home and was able to eat it, realized it was burnt and sent out anyways.

Do not ever order pick-up, ever, here. I was the only person inside the building and waited for my food for over 50 mins. I know they prioritize drive throughs, but it is a 100% priority because they went through 30 people before me in the drive through, I was explicitly counting them. So just always use the drive through, I was very close to just refunding my food , then driving into the drive through and I know I would have 100% gotten my stuff probably 45 minutes faster. Just verry annoying. I don’t think it’s anyone who is working there’s fault, it’s just awful company policy.

Every time I get a Baja blast zero the flavor is running out and it tastes like carbonated water. I might get it once a month yet every time it’s the same issue. It’d be cool if the $3 drink taste like it should. Food is normal Taco Bell. But they pay no attention to the drinks

I always stop here when I’m driving across the state. The young lady at the register was great, said I made a great choice with my burrito. Taking one star off because the men’s bathroom didn’t have soap, but the food was delicious. I will keep stopping by here!

I have to give credit where credit is due, given that I have given a negative review last time. The young lady that took my order was enthusiastic and helpful. She recommended I get chipotle sauce on my crunchy chicken burrito. THIS BURRITO WAS SO GOOD! She also complimented my tattoo.

Both people at the window were rude and they forgot multiple items in my order and when we went back through to tell them that they forgot some of our food they said that theres no possible way they missed that much food and that they wont remake it and basically called us liars to our faces. We told them at the drive through that they missed some of our food and they took the order there but told us no when we got to the window. We didn’t get our boxes and they just shoved everything into a bag. While talking to the lady at the drive through the person who fid our order the first time was standing behind her looking guilty the whole time.

Horrible experience at this taco bell today. The man, and women(yes, there was 2 seperate people on the headset) taking my order today over complicated a simple order by interrupting me to “clarify” making it near impossible and very frustrating to complete my order. I canceled my order and left, I have left the drive thru here before bc of the man. Recently thought this location was improving with food quality and customer service, last week I got loaded beef nachos that was mostly refried beans and today this fiasco. Definitely not improved!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

Drive thru order, literally the only car there. I have 2 requests to remove a condiment from items, and they leave it on both of them. Meal ruined, night ruined, I do not understand how you don’t read the only order you have.
