Cosy diner with a warm atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Chicken soup was strangely sour. The pancakes were very buttery with a strange thick, cakey mushy texture to them. Hash browns were tasty, very crispy and nicely seasoned. Quite greasy overall but didn’t taste bad. Water tasted like dishwater though. Bathrooms were kinda busted too.

My girlfriend and I spent the long weekend at the Skyline Hotel & Waterpark and realized this restaurant located next to it. It was a great decision to drop by as we really enjoyed such a tasty breakfast, not to mention the service we got from the moment we stepped in, the ladies in charge are professional, polite and attentive.
I would recommend going to this place, even if it is a family environment restaurant and a lot of kids are around, for couples would be great anyway.
Definitely coming back when going to Niagara again!

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery was disappointing during our visit. The restaurant didn’t feel very clean, and the food quality was below expectations. On my dish specifically, there was far too much gravy, which affected the taste. Overall, not a great experience.

We went for breakfast with two adults and two kids ages 6 and 3.
The kids ordered the rainbow pancakes and really enjoyed them. We also asked for a side of scrambled eggs even though it was not on the menu and the kitchen kindly made it for us which was very appreciated. I tried the pancakes as well and they were okay.
I had the avocado eggs Benedict which was very good and the potatoes were a highlight. They were super crispy and delicious. My husband ordered a large meat breakfast and enjoyed it too.
The restaurant was nice and quiet and overall the service was good. However the blonde hostess with glasses was quite rude when we arrived which left a bad first impression.
One downside especially in winter is that you have to go outside to reach the restaurant from the hotel. Having to put on jackets just to walk a short distance was inconvenient. (staying at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark)

Roberta was easily the best restaurant server that I’ve had in quite some time! Her overall vibe was so refreshing. We all received our food surprisingly quick considering we were a larger group. The food portions were crazy big and the food was delicious! Will definitely come back any time I’m in Niagara Falls and would even request Roberta if possible. Thank you for a great breakfast!

Ate breakfast here this morning as it was close to hotel. Really wish we had just driven around and found somewhere else. Waitress was non existent once food was delivered, and breakfast was nothing special. My friends eggs were not quite cooked through with whites still being runny. But the price was absolutely ridiculous. See photo for my breakfast…one of the cheaper items available in breakfast menu. Seriously, I thought it had to be a prank! I paid $19.24 BEFORE HST and the ridiculous tourist tax for one measly egg, 2 small sli es of toast, and 2 small slices of bacon. And I live 2 hrs north in Ont for pity sake! Why do I have to pay a tourist tax?! Definitely will never recommend this place.

Not sure about the food, ordered just hot coffee, hot latte and hot chocolate……all taste wonderful delicious! Only foreign staffs – Indian and Philippine staffs, very polite and kind. Make me so comfy go ordered my hot drinks in an early morning. This American restaurant look quite promising with their appealing breakfast which some patrons ordered. Inside the restaurant looks so different, like American in the 60’s architectural and huge. Located just behind the entrance to Casino Niagara….very easy to notify and convenient location. My daughters had been here to eat except me, said one of the best brunch they had. Next time, I definitely wanted to try here.

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Our server, Jordyn, was attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient—she made the whole visit feel welcoming and smooth.
The food was absolutely delicious, with portions so generous I had to take some home. Their massive muffins are a must-try; they were so good we grabbed a few to go! Potato pancakes were delicious treat!
The restaurant, including the washroom, was spotless, which really added to the comfort of the visit.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Definitely will be returning!

I got the Hearty Man Combo, the bacon was a little salty, the smoked sausage and sausage links were okay, sunny side up was a little cold but the breakfast potatoes were amazing. Service was pretty nice but they did forget my sisters lemonade and she only got it a lot later. The muffin was huge and tasted nice. Overall an okay experience.

Went to celebrate my daughters birthday. She wanted a steak dinner. Very expensive dish for something I can make better at home. I asked for medium rare. The thin piece of blade steak was overcooked completely. Her sides were soo oily. The bacon and green been side was swimming in oil. You could squeeze the beans and watch the oil oozing out. Not appetizing at all!
I’m not even done yet!
The buger patties were clearly prefrozen, store bought patties. Just pure mush.. you guys can’t even hand make your burger patties? My wife couldn’t even finish her poutine because the gravy tastes like it came from the bottom scrapings of the fryer.
I WAS INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PLACE
THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD..STAY FAR AWAY!!
WE SPENT OVER 100 DOLLARS PLUS TIP FOR VERY BASIC FOOD. MADE WITH ZERO PRIDE AND EFFORT.
WE WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND WILL BE TELLING OUR FRIENDS IN THE GTA ABOUT OUR HORRIBLE EXPERINCE WHEN THEY PLAN ON COMING TO THE FALLS FOR A DAY OR 2.
