My sister and I showed up to get some breakfast but there was a line out the door. Same with the drive through. There was a wait but they were busting their butts to get everything done. Added two free pies to our order for the wait. And the Manager, Arthur has to be the life blood of this place. Held everyone together and putting in the work to get everything done. Weren’t for him I wouldn’t write a review. He gave me the best service and most work ethic of any fast food worker I’ve seen.

Desa and another cashier asked me at the drive Through “when ready go ahead order” so I ask for biscuits and gravy 3 times and get no response back from employees???? Desa and other employee just leave me sitting in front of drive through window for about 2 min Then the girl gets on intercom and mumbles under her breath omg like as if im doing something wrong? I asked for the meal deal and she mumbles again omg. So when I get my order I reciceived no fork for my biscuits and gravy? I received no cream or sugar for my coffie was black did not even ask if I would like cream or sugar and no napkins to eat with no coffie stirrer to stir my coffee. I guess i should be thankful i got a paper bag?Then you wonder why customers get so upset with them? Kindness would go a long way! 8.00 for 2 biscuits gravy and small coffee? I can get biscuits and gravy for 2.00 at McDonald’s and free large coffee refills? Won’t ever return again.

Did an online order for a double sausage biscuit with no egg, didn’t get that but instead a chicken and cheese sandwich, which I don’t like at all, won’t even touch it.
Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes just to have my order all sorts of wrong. Was an almost $10 dollar combo just to be replaced with something of lesser quality.

This was my first time in Hardee’s in about a good 3 years. When I arrive the line was super short, had no idea what I wanted, but I end up ordering chicken sandwich. It was refreshing to get a chicken sandwich that not only was hot, juicy, big enough to fulfill me on my lunch break. Hardee’s you have a great chicken sandwich. They have shoe string fries but they were hot, crisp and delicious. Customer service was good and staff insured my meal was perfect.

I hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in years. I got the classic ham and cheese. Since I was new to the app I received something free and I chose the chicken tenders. Everything was good.

On 06/24/2025 I placed an order through the app for pickup. I arrived right as my order was finished and being placed in the pickup area. Drove 10 minutes back home to eat. One item tasted like it was very old and was missing part of the ingredients, and the chicken I bit into tasted raw.
I called up to the store and they advised me to bring it back for a refund. So, I drove back, another 10 minutes back there. When I arrived there was no one at the counter and 1 car in drive-thru. This was around 7:00pm 06/24/25 if you want to see who was on duty.
The manager said she would be with me in a minute. I watched the staff take and make several orders and the manager just kept working on orders of people. I waited 10 minutes, then finally had to raise my voice to ask, “Do I have to stay here for you to process the refund, or is the returned food and receipt enough to leave with you?”
The manager said she was not giving me a refund until she inspected everything, then proceeded to go back to other work and ignoring me. I told her I had other food to go get since I had to return this food. I advised her to process the refund, or I would dispute it on my card.
That manager’s customer service is garbage. I was not even upset when I arrived to return my food, but I was pretty pissed at 30+ minutes of wasted time and a rude manager.
UPDATE: As you can see, they responded to my complaint with a link to contact them. I followed the link and its prompts. There was never a response or resolution after doing that. So, the store is a 1 star store as is the follow-up customer service. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company to get a refund.

Terrible customer service the manager there has a short hair cut really needs to find another career. First time and no greeting had an attitude because I wanted to scan the menu. Consecutively sucked her teeth and did snarky laughs very unprofessional I would not let my dog eat there if it was the last thing to eat on earth

I told them that on my last order, something was left off. They paid close attention and made sure this order was correct, with a SMILE. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy. Oftentimes, in the fast food chain, if there’s a complaint, you get attitudes. So, thank you, Hardee’s in Centerville, for being so nice.
