If you’re out on a happy joy ride with your dog, I advise you do not come here if you want to get them a pup cup they will charge you $4 and ruin your entire joyride with their rotten attitude and there inability to be able to talk to their customers like they’re not pissed off at them for coming to a food place to order food. It was 10pm at night with 0 costumers but me, she could’ve taken the time to talk to me for three seconds and not act like she’s super busy at her McDonald’s drive-through position at 10pm. Ruined my whole night simply because I wanted a cup for my dog’s birthday Which I have got for free from this location and charged .50c.

i ordered a 10 piece nugget. They smelt and looked burnt but i didn’t complain and tried it out, nope it tasted like it was sitting there for hours and im not one to complain i work in fast food myself but i don’t play with my money and food i take the nuggets back, ask for new ones and the lady supposedly supposed to be a “manager” wanted to argue back with me and tell me that it’ll be the same burnt nuggets if she remakes them, i said okay whatever ill take it, she basically threw them back into the fryer which made it even more burnt trying to make it look like she made new ones and just wasted my time and money.

I swear there is something missing from our order more than 50% of the time. This time it was an entire 10 piece chicken nugget. So i had to make some frozen ones for my daughter. How frustrating since it was delivery. Annoyed.

I had taken the drive through and rarely do used my rewards to get a sausage mcgridle.and was trying to hurry and asked at the second window to the manager .I said sorry can I add a medm. water and she said yes but was going to charge me for it. I have never had to pay for water.

Something has changed. Almost every time I go through drive thru I’m told to pull forward and park in a parking spot. Today all of the spots were already full. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 small fries. This happens at breakfast lunch and dinner time.

I ordered all large meals and they ended up giving me 3 medium drink’s, when I brought it up to someone all they wanted to do is argue with me and say they were larges when they weren’t. Not only that but all of the food was cold and almost like it had been sitting out for awhile. Don’t ever go to this McDonald’s unless you wanna get scammed on your orders and horrible food

Horrible experience, person taking order barely talked, just looked at me after I said hi, I placed my order and he couldn’t understand what I was saying and he wouldn’t speak up so I could hear him, I said a large meal and explained that means large fries and large drink but then he asked again if the drink was large, first time I ever checked my receipt and glad I did because he still got it wrong, explained again it was supposed to be a large meal which means large fries and large drink, he said i don’t know which i almost couldn’t hear, he went and got someone else and I said it was supposed to be a large fry, he said I don’t know how to do that and just looked at me as if I was supposed to say well don’t worry about it, I said then just make the medium a large and you won’t have to do anything on the computer, he said I’ll get someone to fix it, and went over to i assume the manager who’s first response was large is extra and then he told her the situation and she said we will just make it, so far I’ve seen 6 other people get wrong orders including someone that ended up going all the way home, this is crazy, i quit going to the one on Santa fe because it was even worse than this one but I just quit going instead of reviewing, but this is ridiculous, if someone is going to be taking orders then they need to be able to speak English or have an AI translate for you in real time, I recommend staying away from all Olathe McDonald’s until they can get better ownership, I’m worried that maybe they aren’t doing other things right either.

I guess my worries were Justified, the food tasted a little bit off but still tasted all right, but now my stomach isn’t doing too well, this is absolutely ridiculous and I will never go to another McDonald’s again, I can only assume that this is caused by the ownership and by McDonald’s corporate. It’s very sad that an American fast food legacy has gone down hill this bad. Please be careful if you plan to go to a McDonald’s in the future, I do not recommend letting your kids eat here

This should be zero stars. Definitely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The person taking drive through orders entered my order incorrectly. I corrected it with the person at the pay window and she gave me a receipt showing the correct order. Pull up to the pick up window and still received the wrong order. Told them it was incorrect, and two employees who barely spoke English began to argue with me about it despite showing the receipt of the correct order. Finally they tell me me pull over to a reserved spot and a few minutes later they bring me again the incorrect order. Horrible employees, horrible attitudes, horrible service, terrible food.

Okay place, with nice service. Didn’t eat in, so couldn’t say anything about the “atmosphere”. Real complaint, is sometimes they get orders wrong, either you find out before you leave or once you get home.

Have ordered the “big breakfast w/ steak and hotcakes” twice now in two months, apparently its false advertisement. Both times its not been the steak its been just the sausage patty, if your just gonna lie about what’s available, take it off the app menu, or make it unavailable.

Edit: tried it one last time at this location. Does no know one read? Ordered the steak big breakfast a third time here. Still just a sausage patty. Thanks.

The food is fine, it’s a shame the staff they hire are always so uncooperative. If they forget to put out napkins and you ask for them, they get angry. They should train their staff better.
