I have not had hot wings for about 4 yrs. They were a big disappointment this time. There was so much batter that it was hard to identify a wingette from a drumette. There were rock hard chunks of batter that could break teeth. That orange stuff was very unappetizing. I don’t recall seeing the orange spice inside the wing nor the hard thicket of batter 4 years ago. Perhaps the wings were overcooked. You can do better KFC.

My cashier BREANAV did not give me my receipt at the window which should mean a free meal of what I bought, when I brought it up they said it didn’t count even though she didn’t give me the receipt after leaving the window and closing it on me. I dont think thats a good look, especially when you are at the window if you dont get your receipt it says you get your meal FREE. Would not recommend since they are not honoring what they said. Definitely not coming again.

This location is my families FAVORITE!! The food has always been perfect every time we go! I’ve tried many locations and there’s no place better than here in Orem. Our most recent visit for dinner we were craving KFC so my family came here and the best thing happened to us in a long time. The owner (super nice, and generous) thought about my little family and gave us an extra meal for free! It literally brought tears to our eyes! Thank you if you’re reading this. And whenever anyone needs a fast service great meal choose this KFC location! 🙂

Went there today and I believe her name was sojo or something like that possibly Tongan? but regardless she was super super helpful with getting what I wanted within what I could spend and they got me in and out quickly great service especially for a fast food chain 10/10 customer service food was decent for fast food ♂️ great staff!

We stopped to get the new Big fish sandwich. It says in the sign 1/4 lb it was so small I took it home and weighed it with sauce on it it weighed 1.3 Oz. The whole sandwich with the bun didn’t weigh 1/4 lb. You could not see the fish outside of the bun as their advertisement pic shows. The fish barely filled half of the bun, and they charged 6.99. The fish was low, low quality, and overcooked. Very disappointing and definitely false advertisement!

Very good establishment, I order the 8 piece dark meat bucket from here very often and I’m rarely disappointed. But sometimes, in a rush to meet the scheduled time for my order, they give me chicken breasts instead of thighs, which I really don’t appreciate!

On the website there is an 8 piece family meal for $20, they ended up charging us $38 and refused to refund us. Absolutely scammed, I dont know if they decided to put it as a tip or what. But double, triple check them because they do not care about the customers at all.
