I just visited Bojangles to make a take-out order. I made my order, and the service representative heard 2 picnic Bo rounds instead of the 3 I clearly said. That’s fine, no big deal. Stood in line to order 1 more picnic Bo rounds like I originally wanted. The issue was after I had already arrived at home to realize that they forgot a steak biscuit that I paid for already. The lack of care in this specific staff member was very apparent and I am not surprised this happened at all. This is very upsetting as I patron this establishment frequently and unfortunately, this happens all of the time. The food is always delicious, but the staffs attention to detail needs some serious work. This outcome will definitely make me rethink eating her again. Bad form Bojangles. Bad form.

I’d like to start by saying the food was fresh, however the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Susan was very rude while taking my order, she yelled at me and said “hold on because I usually work in the kitchen, and you’re going to fast” I let it go, we all have our days but then I get to the window and her attitude was HORRIBLE!!! I told her I’d like to add 3 extra ranch to my order, because she didn’t let me finish at the speaker. she sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes, gave me the wrong change, and then asked me to pull forward.

So unorganized went in and ordered a 12 piece and a side of dirty rice. It took 30 minutes to get my order. Everyone that came in behind me got there order before me. They one see me standing there and say what did you order again.
COME ON. Get you stuff in order finish one order at a time not start one and stop to start another one until you finish the first one. After getting home with the food and seeing it how greasy the dirty rice is and the chicken is greasy and kinda dry.

The absolute rudest staff I’ve ever seen. They forget the condiments for our food, and they act like it’s our fault and it’s such an inconvenience to fix the problem. No apology, nothing. Just a blank rude stare.

Went to Bojangles at 12:00 noon for lunch to get a to-go lunch. Bojangles is a large chicken based restaurant franchise that has over locations. I visited the Bojangles location at 11375 South Memorial Pkwy Huntsville, AL 35803.

The cashiers and servers are very courteous. After waiting in a short line my order was quickly taken and my order was filled immediately. From the extensive list of menu items I chose the 4 piece Supreme Dinner which came with 4 tenders, a side of coleslaw, a biscuit and a glass of sweet tea for only, $6.86 with tax.
The chicken tenders were hot and crisp. The BBQ sauce was tangy with a cajun bite to it. The biscuit was warm and flakey. The coleslaw was fresh and tangy but not over sweet. For $6.86 it is a decent value meal for lunch.

3 stars because the biscuit tasted good. I wouldn’t have eaten it, it looks like someone sat on it. My son ate it. Fries were cold when I got home. I agreed to wait about 10 minutes for the biscuit, one of the girls offered to top my fries for waiting. I didn’t get extra fries, she forgot or busy, that’s fine. I waited almost 20 mins for the worst, lamest, smallest, flatest, chicken biscuit bojangles ever made.

Went to drive thru, ordered 3 combo meals. 3 piece combo, wings and 4 piece tenders. Went home, realized they did not put any of our sides, biscuits, no straws or utensils or napkins. I had to drive back and asked for my missing items. No apology whatsoever. Got my missing sides and went home.The tenders were ok for my kid. Pepsi drinks are flat too. The 3 piece chicken are not cooked and wings are bloody. Posted pictures to support this. Will never come back and definitely don’t recommend.

These employees were definitely not communicating and my breakfast was a disaster. Cashier woman wasn’t typing in orders right, long line, food getting cold waiting on fries and Mac n Cheese!! I won’t be back. So many customers disappointed with their experience here this morning!! And when an order was wrong which many were including mine!! I actually heard the older lady in the apron BLAME THE ELDERLY COUPLE behind me for THEIR ORDER BEING WRONG, saying they spoke to soft and couldn’t be heard. The cashier rang up 2 Bo-Berry combos instead of 2- Sausage Bo-Berry combos, I was in front of them, she spoke just fine!!! Again, I will not be back!!!

It was okay, not great. They used to be great, but not any longer. I hadn’t been to this particular location in at least 2 years due to a raw chicken incident. I decided to give them another try and my wings still had the feathers on them. Battered and fried.
Call me picky but you can’t tell me that I’m the only unlucky customer. They were not busy ant there was only one other customers at the drive through. Nope… won’t be back anytime soon. It’s a shame because this location used to be really good.
