Went for lunch during the week, don’t go if you are in a time crunch because they take their sweet time to prepare the food. Server was friendly but they aren’t expecting diners from other regions to enjoy the food, only option is butter chicken if you don’t like spicy food and it wasn’t particularly memorable. It’s very expensive, meals don’t include the side.

I used to enjoy Khazana, but the service has gone from good to terrible. For the price this restaurant charges, I expected at least decent service, but it was far from it. The main server/host was very disrespectful. She came to our table to take our order, then told us to wait because she needed to take another table’s order first, even though that group arrived after us.

The food took so long to arrive that we honestly thought it was not coming. When it finally did, it was good, but that is the only reason this is not a one-star review. To make matters worse, entire sections of the menu were not even available.

The atmosphere was also frustrating. The server’s shoes were so loud that they kept clanking across the floor, and she was speaking so loudly on the phone that we could hear her conversations from across the restaurant.

At the end, we asked to split the bill in half and were told the restaurant has never done that. Watching the staff scramble with the POS system was frustrating and unprofessional.

Overall, the food does not make up for the poor service, the noise, the long waits, and the lack of professionalism. If you are considering Khazana, skip the dine-in and order takeout instead.

Unfortunately, came here for valentine dinner 85$ pp and very disappointing. Servers and managers are in a different world quantity is so little and if you ask they have a standard answer that what we are giving is good for one person. WOW so they already decided how much one can eat… icing on the cake they serve tomato gravy and we’re saying it’s lababdar. Today i came to know that lababdar ( which is cashew based gravy is red not in white tone and manger he a guts to arguing that) sanjeev Kapoor’s khazana is a big let down and spoiled the evening. In the end with the so called main course they served butter nan though the mentioned in the menu something else after 20 min when everything was finished they brought different Nan and still were arrogant. You want to be more profitable increase the price rather than fooling people. Now, I will go and have dinner somewhere else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THINKING WASTED MY 350$.

We celebrated my birthday there with parents and grandparents and we all had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and as my father repeatedly commented, “Every dish had a unique taste”.
Our hostess for the evening made it all the more special. I did not catch her name but the service was excellent. She was very attentive to our group and very cordial. I greatly appreciated her warmth and patience. Overall, we had a spectacular evening and I had a memorable birthday.

Very disappointing experience on Valentine’s Day.

I called in the evening and was told I had a confirmed table for 9:30 PM and that the full menu would be available. I arrived on time but kept waiting while other people, even walk-ins were seated before me.
Every time I asked, I was told “you’re next,” but that wasn’t true. Later they suddenly said 9:30 was just a “reference time” and they don’t really take same-day reservations. That’s not what I was told on the phone.

After arguing and endless waiting , we finally got a table, but it was dirty with used napkins still there and none of the Valentine’s setup. Then we found out the menu was completely different and very limited compared to what we were promised.

I understand holidays are busy, but this was poor management, bad communication, and unfair handling of guests. We wasted hours and left without eating.

Management seriously needs to fix how they handle reservations and customers.

Experience was terrible. We ordered appetizers along with the cocktails and guess what they served only appetizers and forgot to make cocktails. We were waiting to get cocktails and no one served until we told them. Then, they said they did not get order or having glitch in the system. We waited for more than 25-30 minutes and whole appetizer stuff became cold. Being a high reputed restaurant, we were not expecting this type of worst service. This was my first visit and it was a really worst experience ever had. I was thinking that it can happen only in ordinary restaurant but was not expecting from such high reputed restaurant. We called manager and he prepared appetizer again. Guess what the cocktails what they served before after telling them became warmed now. They even don’t know the service manners. Manager and their staff should know that appetizers and cocktails should serve all together. I can say this is not even staff mistake because their manager doesn’t know how to serve to their customers. We left everything as it is and paid the bill whatever we had. This was a really disgusting experience here in this restaurant. They even don’t know that they need to clear the table with dirty plates and give customer to new plates. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
I will never visit this restaurant again and will not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant especially having special occasion with your friend or family member.

Ordered a veggie platter, received two momos in them and one of them had too much salt in it. The serving plate seems like worn out.

Ordered a cheese cake which supposed to be special but not tasted that great.

Over all, food tasted okay but not to the standards of sanjeev kapoor.

The restaurant itself is absolutely lovely — beautiful ambiance, romantic touches, and very nicely plated dishes. The food was good overall. The momos were flavorful and well cooked, the butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the naan was fresh and soft. Dessert was also delicious and presented beautifully.

However, the pricing is hard to justify. Paying $30 for 6 momos felt excessive for the portion size. What really stood out was seeing the very next day on Uber Eats that the same chicken biryani we ordered in the restaurant was offered as 2-for-1 for $21 — while we paid $32 for a single order dining in. That price difference is significant and makes it difficult to feel good about the value.

I understand there are costs associated with dining in, but such a large gap in pricing makes the in-restaurant experience feel overpriced compared to takeout options.

Overall, lovely atmosphere and good food — but the value for money just did not align.
