Ordered 2 orders online for me, my kids, and my in-laws and received RAW chicken! I called and was offered to drive back to get my meal replaced as if 1) I would want more raw chicken 2) I’m not already concerned about getting sick! The lady on the phone did not seem concerned at all and said she had attempted to give a refund but their systems wouldn’t let her so I had to email customer service (I did and am in the process). Now I’m worried, I or my family may get sick. The photo I have wasn’t even the pinkest chicken we received.
Will never eat here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Got Broccoli chicken tonight and my meat equaled 2 Tablespoons (4 paper thin pieces of chicken). It was basically a bowl of broccoli over rice.

Very friendly, helpful! Food was ok, not original, was cooked well except Broccoli almost raw, and spring roll was mushy inside, went about 4 oclock on wed, 3 dishes empty, everything left available was spicy, only had to wait a couple minutes for 1 of the dishes. Flavored tea was too weak

For an extra $1.50 each item, you’d expect edible food.
Steak was hard, and the broccoli wasn’t edible at all. Rice was bland and hard as well. Very disappointing, considering they used to be my go to place. This is my third try this past 3months and still bad food

They refused to give me my change and said they aren’t able to get pennies. Proceeded to treat me as if I was stupid for not knowing about the stopping of minting pennies. Even though they stoped minting them, they are still available. At the drive window they never told me the total, took my money and just handed me the bills. I had to check the receipt to realize what happened. If they are keeping up to 4 cents per cash customer across the nation then they are stealing who knows how much from their customers.

Absolutely abhorrent food and service at this location. The vegetables in both the black pepper sirloin steak and the super greens were barely cooked (nearly raw in fact) and the teriyaki chicken & steak had so much fat & gristle, I could only eat half of what I ordered. Then there’s the matter of service in the drive-thru and the rude lady getting your name wrong at least twice when trying to pick up a mobile app order.
Just go elsewhere and spend your money on something better.
I will make the trip to the Norman location for better food AND service next time.

They were really rude… I told him they had my order wrong I ordered a large and they gave me the smallest container the lady told me to take it up with doordash but they just drop off the food they don’t make the food and then she hung up on my face….. Worst customer service and attitude ever I will be calling corporate or management about this
