We came in here for lunch 01/06/26. The food was ok the restaurant was clean but what bugs me is when the manager will go around and collect dirty plates and cups from people she left our plates on our table even though she walked by quiet a few times. She deliberately left our table messy with plates on it. Someone should retrain her on how service should be

Great choices for this buffet! Fried chicken is excellent if hot ( you can ask for more hot to come out…they bring to your table!) any pizza yo want, just ask for when initially paying for the buffet.lots of choices, even gluten free and vegetarian, just ask. Great service, clears the table frequently, friendly.

I have walked out of this restaurant twice due to them not adjusting there pricing due to them switching over to Pepsi. This has been over a month that this switch has been going over. I do not drink soda and all the non caffeine options are out. The last time I ate at this restaurant they did offer a discount because I complained but they would not even give me a glass for water. I love Pizza Ranch but they have handled this switch very very poorly.

The food was delivered right to my door in an apartment building with proper instructions. The driver was very friendly and polite. The food was properly seasoned. Biscuits also on point and soft. I can’t wait to dine in one day but first time delivery was great!

The lunch buffet was delightful. They made a few pizzas that were half of something and half something else, so even though there weren’t many customers there, they had a large variety. Their salad bar is well stocked. Everything was clean and the employees were actively cleaning. The soft serve machine worked.

Apparently no one works here. We stood at the counter waiting to pay for our stay and no one came to the register. So we left. This isn’t the first time this has happen to us at this location either. Maybe get a bell or a camera so people in the back can tell that there are customers up front.

The pizza was cold and stale, fries were hot though, those were really good. What was left of the dessert pies were cold and stale as well. I had got a sprite, or at least I thought it was going to be a sprite, it was literally just carbonated water with no flavor at all. Staff were nice. This place was just really weird and the staff didn’t do a good job on replacing stale food or even putting more food out if something was gone.

This location is on the small side. We went for a late lunch and there wasn’t much variety with the pizza but that’s to be expected given the time we went. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I took my husband here for Father’s Day with a Coupon that we got from the Joyful Noise Concert over the weekend!!
He has always wanted to go here so it was a perfect time to take him for Father’s Day!!
The Salad bar was very good with a lot of choices!! We ordered a Cuban pizza and it was a good spice and flavor! We also ordered a Supreme pizza which was Great!!
The Mashed potatoes and gravy were good and the Broasted Chicken had a good flavor but needed to be deep fried a little longer for the crispness!!
The Vanilla ice Cream machine was great along with the Chocolate Dessert pizza!!
A fun Restaurant to try out…with very good Ethiopian Coffee that we took with us!!
The proceeds from the Ethiopian Coffee go back to their Country to help the young children in their Schools which is a great idea!!

Pizza Ranch used to be so good. Something has changed. Ordered for delivery. 16 piece traditional wings and a medium sausage skillet pizza. The pizza crust was mushy and sticky, very under cooked. And the wings were so small. 16 wings for $22 is outrageous for what you get. Will not order from here again.
