I ordered two JBCs and what I got was basically two sad cheeseburgers with mayo. No lettuce, no tomato, barely any bacon — literally nothing that makes it a JBC. It’s like they assembled these with their eyes closed and hoped for the best.
I paid for Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, not “mayo sandwiches with a meat token.” If I wanted something this plain, I could’ve stayed home and stared at a slice of bread.
Do better, Wendy’s. This was embarrassing.

This Wendy’s is okay overall, but consistency is a big issue. Sometimes the service is quick and smooth, other times it’s slow even when the place isn’t very busy. Staff seem polite, but often rushed, which affects order accuracy.
Food quality is average. Burgers are decent when fresh, but fries are hit or miss — sometimes hot, sometimes cold or soggy. The restaurant could also do a better job with cleanliness during peak hours.
Not a terrible location, but there’s definitely room for improvement in speed, consistency, and food quality. Hopefully management addresses these issues.

I absolutely love going to Wendy’s, the staff is awesome and provide very quick service. Having said that however tonight I purchased the apple pecan salad and was truly disappointed! The chicken was so stale/dry most of it was not even chewable (it couldn’t even be picked up with my fork). This is actually the 2nd time in less than 3 weeks that I have had this experience.

If you saw the review yesterday, it was an experience from a long time ago. But I went here today, so here’s my honest review. The food was good. I got 3 piece tenders and 10 piece nuggets. Both of them were crispy, juicy and tender. They were really hot, meaning they were fresh. I loved the Cherry Coke and Coke Zero. It was really refreshing. The fries were crispy and was salted enough. And the Vanilla Frosty was SO good. And the Dave’s Single and Double was also good. And the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was really good. The Frosty was the best out of the meal I ate. But I experienced 2 problems today from my last experience. #1: My order was Chicken Nuggets, Tenders, and Medium Fries. Dave’s Single and Double with another Medium Fries. And another Medium Fries along with a Coke Zero, Cherry Coke, the Vanilla Frosty and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. But they only gave me 2 Medium Fries instead of 3. But luckily, I realized that and I told the cashier to give me one more order of Medium Fries. And the table and floor was dirty, but not too dirty. Well, the table was very dirty, but the floor wasn’t. Meaning the floor was half clean & half dirty. But other than that, that was the only Wendy’s in Milton that I could find! And overall, I just like this location! But just need to do a better job with how the place looks dirty or not. But overall, nice location! And I wish there were other locations of Wendy’s in Milton.

Very tasty salad, but we found a mysterious object in it (fibre packaging, maybe?). A server was wandering around tables asking patrons if everything was alright. When she got to our table and we let her know about the object in the salad, she was horrified and deeply apologetic. Without us asking, she gave us a refund for the salad. All the other food was great.

I’ve often enjoyed meals from Wendy’s, appreciating the fast service and tasty food. However, during my recent visit, I was concerned about the sanitary practices I observed. One of the employees was touching the dispenser nib directly with her hands while filling drinks. Subsequently, she handled the lid of my drink with those same hands. Proper hygiene is vital, especially in a food service environment. I hope the management can address this issue promptly to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

I’ve actually been here a few times. I just recently found out that Wendys now offers breakfast so I had to try it.
I got the breakfast baconator, sausage croissant, wedges, and coffee.
Let me start by saying that the coffee was surprisingly good. I really like that they use styrofoam cups so that the coffee cups are nice to hold and stay warm.
Breakfast baconator was super filling for me. A couple bites of it and I was feeling stuffed. It was pretty good. I think I put some wedges in it also. One thing I think it need is more sauce or ketchup.
The wedges are pretty good, nicely seasoned. Was not expecting them to be as good as they were.
I think the worst thing I got was the sausage croissant and even that wasn’t that bad.
The prices are super reasonable. I think I paid $16 for all this and I also got a frosticcino and extra wedges for my sister.
I usually go to Wendy’s for nuggets, southwest salad, and spicy chicken sandwiches. But the breakfast is a great choice too and for the price, it’s a better deal than the clown.

Visted the Tim Hortens side today. Ordered a breakfast sandwich a drink and a donut. Took quite a long time to gather everything together and when I sat down I had the wrong donut. The location is what I come to expect from a fast food dining exaperance.
