Fantastic little family owmed place. Owner is super nice, good sense of humor, had a great chat about the photo history decor. If you were looking for a traditional, down home diner style breakfast this is the place to go. The prices are reasonable, the locals clearly find this a home away from home, and the staff are cheerful and friendly. Plenty of food for the price too!

The Waverly is the definition of no frills. Menu on the wall, servers also cook, and booths as hard as church pews. However the food is good and it comes quickly. And for heavens sake don’t say a Taylor Roll is like Canadian bacon, not if you want to get out of New Jersey alive. Now my regular breakfast stop in Madison NJ
