Visited 2 weeks ago and was wonderful. Tonight, entire visit was regrettable. Service poor, food sub standard and the table and floor were covered in unknown liquid. Wasn’t cleaned up until just before a party of 8 was seated next to us. Guess a 3 top doesn’t rate very high. No added gratuity in our bill, server didn’t try too hard either. Table of 8 was alot for her, had to get my own beer from the bar. 2 out of 10 don’t recommend. Sliders were burnt, chicken parm was almost cold but my roadhouse burger was OK. This is about 10 pm and not very busy for a Friday so expected the same experience we received about the same time 2 weeks prior.

We went after the Lobby Lounge concert at 9pm. The fact that they were still open was amazing to me. Our server, Ashley, was Professional, friendly and on top of her game. We chose to order potstickers and sweet potato fries. Both were delicious. We wanted to a different sandwich, but they were out of quite a few items. We were still pleased with the experience and will not hesitate to go again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our server Kristun was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure everything arrived quickly and exactly as ordered, and checked in at the right times. Truly elevated the entire dining experience.

I’ve eaten at BJs twice. Each time, there were only a few tables with guests and the food took extremely long to come out. The food is decent but not “wait forever” decent. My favorite dish is the Avocado Eggrolls. The pizzas are advertised as being really good but I found them to be just okay. I did enjoy the Mahi Mahi Tacos though! I’d love to regularly dine here but the wait time is just too long to deal with.

Stopped in for the 1st time with my family traveling. Food was amazing, but the real winner was our incredible server Kristun. My wife literally asked her if we could take her back to Florida with us to serve at one of our local places. Very personable, we felt like we’ve known her our entire lives. Had Tuna appetizer, very good. My wife has salad with grilled chicken, she was very satisfied with portion and food quality. I has the Wedge Salad with steak. Ordered medium rare but came out WAY overdone. Food took a while to be served as they were busy. Bartender was apologetic and offered to re-do my meal but since it took so long to get our food and I was starving I opted to live with it.
Bartender did a great job & took my meal off the check. Greatly appreciated & we will return.

My whole family loves going to BJs! We love the plethora of food choices. We’ve always been happy with the choices we get. I like that it’s delicious and that they have healthy food options too. Always love our servers too! It’s the restaurant we go to mostly!

We ordered a lot of food: Chicken pennies was so filling and a lot. Mozzarella sticks was great too. Flatbread pizza was alright. Veg burger was juicy. The taco with fish and shrimp was yum. The onion rings weren’t think enough to taste the onions, it just felt like having the crunch of breading. The ice-cream with white chocolate chip base was delicious. We were very excited for the ice cream for sure.
The service was very satisfying. The server who served our table was very nice. He made sure that everything was right on table and brought our orders on same and kept checking on us. It is a must place to hang out with friends and families.

Atmosphere was very nice. Food was delicious. Loved our waiter( Isabelle). She was very sweet.
The only issue i had was that she was the only waiter, so it took almost an hr to get a to go box and I was on a time limit.
