I thought this location was good, the staff were attentive and efficient at the counter during a work lunch rush. Was in and out within 2 minutes, ingredients tasted nice.
Like with any Chipotle in 2026, it’s better to order in-person than online just in case so you get the preferred portion size. That said, staff’s nice and it’s worth stopping in.

7:30 pm when most Chipotle’s have a line of people waiting to order, this Chipotle is DEAD!! 2 customers inside eating. None in line. Now I know why.
The lettuce was brown (falls short of FRESH ingredients) and when I asked for a water cup, I was informed they don’t provide those. Every other Chipotle I’ve been to does, except this one. Way to stand out!!! This made my decision easy. I’ll never visit the Bel Air Chipotle again. Buh bye!!

This particular Chipotle location is horrible. It has been for years. We usually actively avoid this location, preferring to drive well out of our way to other locations. The food quality and quantity vary wildly from visit to visit. Sadly, this location really just needs to shut down. Attached is just one of the bowls from the latest order that we picked up. There was hardly anything in there at all. Save your money.

I keep trying to give this location another chance and i’m disappointed every time. i never leave reviews but i really hope someone sees these pictures and finds a way to improve. i would love to have a good experience.
there was not one single table cleaned, nor was there anyone seated. the trash cans were all completely full. the utensils and napkins were completely empty. the juice bar was not cleaned or refilled. the employees weren’t rude but they just didn’t care. on top of the atmosphere, they were out of half the food and it wasn’t even 9 pm when they close at 10. please someone just fix this so i can eat chipotle after work and enjoy myself.

The worst experience I’ve ever had out. My girlfriend fainted in line, we moved to a table and were told we would have to get back in line to order. The time before that they completely messed up my order and added pork to a vegetarian burrito.

Chipotle SUCKS!! For ones who comes across this review, stay away from this Chipotle. I don’t know if y’all can see from the pictures but the lettuce is spoiled! There’s yellow orangeish coloring from the lettuce being left in the open for too long and instead of knowing that the lettuce can’t be used anymore, all the employees just kept on serving the food like it’s not there! This food is spoiled enough to make anyone sick! It is disgusting! What’s funny is that Chipotle commitment is that the food are “ESURED FRESHNESS and SAFTY.” The coloring on the lettuce will change to show how spoiled it is but all the other ingredients doesn’t have that big of a change to how spoiled they are. So imagine how long the other ingredients have been siting out and you are eating it. I’m not surprised if other people are sick after consuming the food. Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves!

Good food served promptly in a fast food setting. Hard to do in today’s world of broken supply chains and worker shortages. No negatives at this Chipotle Mexican Grill. The food was terrific. Only problem was mine. I like spicy food, but can’t enjoy it because too much spice irritates my gut. I forgot to ask which sauce is hotter, green or red. It’s mean and green. Tastes good, but was hot, hot hot. Should have gone red.

The prepping station and serving line was filthy. The staff preparing meals had no hair nets on. My food was cold and didn’t include the items I ordered. The manager had excuse after excuse as to why the restaurant was dirty and there food wants prepared according the the order. The Health aren’t. Needs to come and hand out a citation. I observed so many violations. I wish I could give zero stars

This location is a stain on Chipotle’s reputation. I keep trying to give them an opportunity but time and time again it’s just a disappointment. We ordered delivery and it took an hour, I can’t fault the restaurant, but then this is what was delivered. Both of these bowls were supposed to have extra corn and cheese. The bowl has half a scoop of steak a little corn, a sprinkle of cheese… the mild salsa didn’t make it on the bowl at all. With delivery, which was free mind you, it was over 35 dollars with tip. What did we pay for? An overpriced cardboard bowl. And then you leave reviews and submit complaints and what do you get? Crickets.
