Beautiful setting with delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Everything we tried was truly on point. We opted for the all-you-can-eat buffet, and while some portions seemed quite small when they first arrived, by the end of the meal we were completely stuffed. The food was fresh and beautifully prepared throughout. Unfortunately, the beef skewers were a disappointment, as the meat was quite fatty and chewy.

It’s also worth noting that if you’d like to order additional à la carte dishes outside of the buffet, there is an extra charge. We didn’t have high expectations for dessert as they looked quite simple on the menu, but the banana fritters and mantao rolls were an incredible way to finish the meal—full of flavour and perfectly done. The ice cream was also excellent.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food took forever to arrive, with absolutely no communication, no apology, and zero professionalism from the staff. When we tried to order dessert, we were told it was sold out — something they clearly couldn’t even bother to mention earlier.

Charging over £40 per person for this level of service is honestly a joke. The prices suggest quality, but what you get is careless, disorganised, and disrespectful service.

The situation gets even worse with the toilets — dirty, unhygienic, and without toilet paper. This is beyond unacceptable and shows a complete lack of basic standards.

A complete waste of money and time. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged and treated poorly. I will never return and would strongly discourage others from coming here.

It’s an okay experience for me. Receptionist is not good at all. Food is definitely overpriced so went for buffet. Food is average. The waiter was really well mannered and I added tip as well. Only one tissue given the whole course. Tap water needs to be asked to be provided. We have to get up each time from the seat to get the food from the robot. Once or twice it’s fine. But the robot comes with like 5-7 times with single dish. Not very pleasant. Overall £100 bill and £40 worth of experience. Not visiting again.

Good concept, could do with tightening up on execution. Some of the grill dishes where good, others not bad just not very good. Service was a bit confused, we definitely had dishes we didn’t order. I came with two others and they enjoyed the food. If a change where to be made I would like to see an additional tablet for ordering added to each table. Handing one tablet around multiple people is a faff. . Also the restaurant was cold and needs better heating. Would I go again ? Maybe

Very nice tasty food. Service was a bit impersonal, the robot was friendlier than the human staff. Overall a nice place though. Best to with a group of at least 2 for the sharing aspect. Good value, if you have a good appetite.

My British partner said it’s fine food for value but I’d disagree because my California roll for 10£ looked so sad and disappointing – it had a patchy caviar layer only on one side (after looking at the picture on the menu and using common sense you’d think it has rye on all 4 sides) taste was bland presentation just rice squares on plate nothing else (they ask if you want wasabi separately)

We also accidentally added grilled shrimps on wooden sticks to our order I don’t know how (I think we confused it with grilled chicken bits) and we only noticed it when they brought it to us. When we told that we didn’t order it and don’t want it they said since it’s in electronic order they can’t remove it. Maybe this is fine but kind of unpleasant situation. I would be okay with it if shrimps tasted okay but it’s literally just defrosted soggy shrimp in a puddle of soy sauce. My partner didn’t eat it but I did because I don’t mind as long as it’s edible – when I used to be a teen and didn’t know how to cook I would eat defrosted shrimp that tasted very similar. Not for 10£ though. Thinking back about it I should have told the staff that this dish is bad maybe they would have removed it but who knows.

Place also uses plastic plates for some stuff which gives a bit of fast food vibe.

Some dishes were nice! I liked salmon fried sashimi (it had a bit caviar and a flower on it). From my partner: nice ramen and very cute robot
Staff worked quickly and generally no problems with them

I was expecting more considering the price (£44 per person) but the majority of the food was bland and all served on plastic dishes which felt very cheap. The meat and fish dishes were passable but the vegetarian options were atrocious.

We tried a number of different dishes and in the end and asked to take some of our leftovers away, only to be informed it was £3 for a takeaway box. The staff member told us this was their policy to prevent food waste. We asked more about this and were informed there was no charge if we simply left the food, which presumably would then be binned. My partner remarked “Oh, if only we’d brought a takeaway box of our own” and the staff member said “We would still have to charge you to take the food away”. I don’t begrudge the staff member just doing their job but I’d be embarrassed to enforce such a hypocritical policy – obviously nothing to do with food waste and more about the bottom line. We managed to have a laugh about it but I really wouldn’t recommend, particularly if anyone in the party is veggie or vegan.

The experience I had at Tsuki Japanese Restaurant was fantastic! The all-you-can-eat choice was excellent; there were many different foods, all of which were really tasty. The tablet interface for placing meal orders was incredibly easy to use and made the procedure quick and easy. The excellent selection and expertly made cocktails on the cocktail menu were yet another pleasure! The overall ambiance and service enhanced the fantastic meal. I’ll most certainly be returning soon! Suggested!

our new favourite restaurant for a crowd in Sheffield. Anamazing dining experience. We went with a big group and there was something for everyone. This led to a relaxed communal tar where we all recommended and shared dishes with each other. A lovely enabled by the friendly set discrete staff, and great value for money. Cannot recommend it enough –
