Pretty mediocre burger. The sourdough was stale on my Santa Barbara. When they toasted it, the bread fell apart. It tasted fine but the meat portion on the burger was unbalanced with the amount of bread and veggie. It was my first time trying Habit so it was just me.

Every time I go here I am never disappointed. They always make my burger nicely. There double char with lettuce wrap and there green beans fried is my favorite. Being low carb I can take this and not have any issues with my stomach. Love this place and highly recommend.

The real King of Burgers. If you crave that BK flame-broiled flavor, this place will give you double of what you want. Ingredients are reliably fresh, flavor is remarkable. Staff tend to be pretty enjoyable, which I take as a sign of good hiring and management. Hard to believe this is a chain restaurant. A win for Silverdale.

Reasons:
1. It took 45 Minutes to deliver when I live right across the street light from The Habit, The Trails location. In the past, I have walked to pick up my order; being already completed waiting for me to pick it up, walked back to my place & had the food be warmer than this order was.
2. DoorDash driver brought me a bag up to my door; I ended up being able to flag him down before taking off with my order. He may work directly for Doodarsh, but The Habit directly partners with DoorDash to deliver great customer service; but this time delivered, as partners, disappointment to an extreme low.
3. I called to speak to someone at restaurant; I was just direct to go online by the automated system; I tried to find help online but no luck, I received an email to review my order; Did my review but my order receipt that came with my order did not have store # or receipt code # to complete my review. I checked on my App & my digital receipt doesn’t have the information as well.
4. After the service I received; Paying $71.00 dollars for 4 burgers & Fries/onion rings is an eye opener on how much I spend each time being a repeated customer since moving to Silverdale 4 months ago. My family & I have loved the quality in the food & I treat them to The Habit when we want delicious burgers, fresh fries, & crispy onion rings. I have also taken my family that have visited from states where The Habit is not available to them. So safe to say I am a loyal customer; but a sad one because in this economy; service is one of the most important ways companies can show how important their customers are to them

First time trying Habit burger. I’m not really impressed. Cooks made 2 mistakes on our order, then the cook rolled her eys when the counter server asked her to fix the mistake. The burger was ok. but a little bland and the fries were barely luke warm. First and last visit in the same day.

Wow, the young lady with the thick eye liner working 11/4 around 7pm was so rude while taking our order that we ended up walking away and honestly won’t be back. She’s never pleasant but has never been so horrible before. She was snotty when taking out order and completely unhelpful. The foods not bad but not good enough to deal with her nasty attitude. If she hates her job so much she should get another. Also was told there was no manager on when we finally got her to look at us. For $40 for 2 meals I think y’all should have nicer staff, and a manager on to help. She was literally so mean for no reason. We’ll never come back. So bad for the first time ever I Complained to corporate.

Really good burger. Presentation was different. It would be nice if they offered a small drink. We were given medium when we asked for small. We don’t typically take our drinks with us and at almost $4, it is a waste to us. We opted not to get fries at almost $5 each…

Top of the line fast food burgers, made to order in minutes. Very clean place. Friendly and efficient staff.
I highly recommend the Santa Barbara Char, which comes with cheese and big chunks of avocado. This particular burger comes on grilled sourdough bread. It tastes fantastic! Just the way I remember it from the original Habit in Santa Barbara in the 1970s.
Get here early. The place got packed by 11:30 on Saturday.

Pretty good burger restaurant, not as delicious as Five Guys or Blazing Onion but definitely cheaper. The burger favors do focus on different types of flavors, like “char” or “char teriyaki”, and they even offer some impossible (plant based burgers). My favorite part of it is the burgers (though frozen patties) are cooked at the time of your order, not sitting under a hot lamp. You will not be disappointed going here but don’t expect super ultra fancy food either.
