I visited again today 11/25/2023 and the food is still totally awesome as always!! I love thier new location!! Check out the new photos I’ve added…. they clearly show the “Putin price hike “. It once was roughly $10-$15 per person and now it’s more like $15-$20 per person. Still worth every penny ❤ but I don’t have very many pennies left 🙁
Five Guys Burgers and Fries are always a dependable and predictable place to eat!
My wife has gluten allergies so she loves the lettuce wrapped burgers. The are fresh cut daily and cooked in oil!!!
Free peanuts!!!
The price is, as always, slightly high but it’s so worth it. It’s not Fast Food but it’s sure is fast!! Just wait for them to yell out your patty quantity!!

I had never been to a 5 guys before, but had heard a lot of good things from other people. I decided to try to out, and had a lovely experience. The building was clean, the food was good, and most importantly the customer service was AMAZING. I had such a pleasant experience with Nate, as he helped me feel welcome and comfortable in a new place. Safe to say I will definitely be coming here again!! 🙂

Service was excellent but the food was terrible. Haven’t been here in a few years and it used to be so good. No flavor to the burgers. Very expensive for poor quality. Place was clean and great service though.

The Rockford Five Guys is always immaculately clean. Their staff is always extremely pleasant and hard working. The food is consistently wonderful. Nathaniel and the rest of the crew are absolutely top notch.

I waited 21 minutes for a 12 Oz milkshake that they charged me $7 for. If it was a mom n pop operation I’d be ok with it. But this is robbery.

You advertise a special for a certain day, you keep that special for that day until you run out of product. They cancel their promos half way through the day even though it’s still supposed to be active, to me that is not good business practice.

Food was okay. Definitely the burgers were tasty but quite greasy. Personally I didn’t like the French fries. They were too soggy and salty, but my two guests did like them. I suppose it depends on your taste.
For soft drinks the have an huge variety of Coca-Cola products. I’m sure that one could find something for there liking.
They do not offer meal deals. So everything cost more. For a burger, small fry, and drink was $15. So for a date it would be about $30 and probably $50 for a small family.
I would suggest getting just a burger and drinking water. Either skip the fries altogether or share a large fry amongst friends.
Staff was friendly and the place was clean. They play old rock n roll.
Overall not a bad place but I wouldn’t recommend it for a sit down experience. It’s probably better to carry out.
