The food was absolutely dog crap!! I ordered a steak burger which comes with bacon and mushrooms. I’m not kidding you when I say I had two little tiny slices of mushrooms. I would have got a better burger at McDonald’s. My sister ordered chicken tenders which were dry and way overcooked. But they didn’t have a problem slapping us with a big $36 bill. Worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant in a long time. The server was okay.

My wife and I was joined at East Peoria Bob Evans with my wife in-laws for a 11 o’clock breakfast. We had a party of 12. The service was great, the food came out rather quick, I didn’t hear any complaint from anyone at our table. Our waitress did a great job on serving our food. So for the experience we received I give this Bob Evans a 5 STAR on all AVENUES. Good job everyone involved!

The food was good, not great but good. They syrup helped the sandwich a lot. My onions were terribly burned and certainly shouldn’t have been sent out. Our server was very attentive to her other table and not at all to us. The others were regulars. We would have tipped quite nicely but roughly 19% was more than enough for the service we received. I would not return.

I had a great experience here. Food was great. Broccoli and cheese soup was bland but nice and creamy 5/10. Chilli was delicious 8/10. Biscuits and rolls were Amazing, cooked perfect 10/10. The fried chicken was delicious but jus a little small. 8.5/10. Mashed Potatoes were ok jus a little bland. But both gravys were good. 7/10. Country Fried steak was tasty and crispy. 8.5/10. The turtle cheesecake was tasty. 7.5/10. Shout to my waitress she was awesome. Shout out to the Chefs/Cooks in the back and the staff up front. Food Game 8/10. Portion Game 7.5/10 Price Game 10/10. Overall Bob Evans 8/10. I will come back again.

Decided to go with items off of the value menu and we were very happy. The food was good quality and large enough portions to satisfy without feeling uncomfortable.

Bob Evans restaurant is worth the stop. This restaurant hits every mark. Not only is the food Absolutely amazing. The prices are fair and the service is quick, friendly and really just awesome. They also have souvenirs to purchase such as t-shirts and specialty items like bacon bit chocolate bars and the coffee is really good. If you’re ever in the area, make sure that you stop at this restaurant, you won’t be sorry.

Great food and great service every time we have visited this location, would recommend for sure. Again we stopped in for breakfast and food was great, server was fantastic and the building needs some help. We noticed some deterioration going on, almost like water damage maybe. Hope they fix it. Well we returned on Sunday April 30th 2023 for a late dinner. Sign on door stated closing at 8pm and we arrived 655pm. They seated us at a table with 4 chairs, to start the chairs in the wobble so bad that youe every move it creeks and moves a few inches, I mean completely worn out. Sitting there I looked around and the overall appearance is ran down anymore, as the booths seats are ripped and just need replaced. So we order our food, wife gets the chicken strip, mashed potatoes and corn. So this hot mess was 3 chicken nuggets and I mean these were not strips, the the serving of potatoes was a heaping tablespoon at best. My salad came out loaded with stuff but really no lettuce at all. I think this will be our last time there for dinner as we left hungry after eating full meals and this should never happen when you get charged for a full meal. Place is hoping down hill fast and this has been our go to place in a pinch…. Sad to see it so run down and the food going way below what we are used to, some one needs to fix this place.
