This location had very poor service. We arrived 10 minutes before closing on Saturday 2/28/26. It was very obvious that we were not wanted. If the door is unlocked then you are serving customers. Some customers were already inside eating and they were told to move outside. People came in after us and the lady at the cash register mumbled under her breath. We had to sit outside in the dark patio. They didn’t even have the lights on. Over the next couple of days everyone in my party came down with the norovirus. This was the only place we had in common.

I’m a regular customer at the Hollywood, FL location and I since I was visiting Winter Haven I google searched for Tijuana Flats but I was wondering if it was as good as the other one and it was great too! Such a fun and delicious experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and so sweet to my kids. The restaurant is very casual and a perfect place to stop after a long day at the theme park.
I love that they put their nachos on a long tray so that the proportions of toppings to chips is perfect. Honestly all the food was amazing!

The staff and service was great! The atmosphere is fun and we really enjoyed the covered outdoor seating.
The food was good, only complaint was that it was a little cold. Flavor and freshness was just what we were looking for. The variety of hot sauces is fun as well! The chips were not the best, but not the worst either, just average I guess. Would definitely eat here again.

Mama had the two taco meal and I had the beef burrito. The tacos were a pretty good size you can see the picture and the burrito had some heft to it. The flavor was good and the salsa that came out with the chips was really good also. There was a really large selection of different hot sauces you could try with colorful names. The place was clean and the service was friendly. They have Coke products I always get a diet Coke. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice lunch or dinner.

Bought a family size taco kit. Cold and old food. The online order said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Showed up in 30 min and it was cold so.it had been sitting out awhile. They forgot the chips and the lettuce was brown and soggy looking. It was the first thing i saw when picking up the order. The food is also bland. Not surprised this food chain isnt doing well.

this is the best tijuana flats location. the only one that makes my burrito to perfection except for that one time 5 years ago when they burnt the beans but im over that now lol. the staff is sweet and i never have any issues placing an order. ‼️ ♀️➡️

Continuing my birthday week shaningans, I redeemed my offer for a free dessert. The two choices were Fried Cookie Dough Flautas or Fried Churrk Bites. I went with the Cookie Dough because I am “Cookie Monster’s” brother.
From the moment I entered, there was not a long wait and I was greeted with a smile by multiple staff. The cashier explained that I would just need to give her the redemption code from the Tijuana Flatts official app.
I ordered it to go and it came out freshly fried. They tasted as delicious as I remember. The tortilla had a nice, crisp texture that contrasted greatly with the gooey, chocolate chip cookie dough. This was all I ordered, since I had lunch already.
The restaurant was very clean, new signage has-been installed since our last visit about one year ago. You will see it in my pictures,, plus some other views of the restaurant.
I would come back before you can say “Queso”.

The price for this place is ridiculous. The steak tacos had a minimal amount of meat on them. I hate to say it, but these are trash compared to Taco Bell.
