The staff is always super friendly and never act irratated when I order my food the way I like it lol Some thing as simple as chips separate for nacho bell grande has made other locations seam sooo upset about me asking for that ! But never here, they act like it’s no big deal (cuz it really ain’t or shouldn’t be lol!!) ! Always respectful and quick to get my food ready and to me!

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Completely out of control! Cocky and condescending. Sad that this is tolerated. I will be reporting to the Taco Bell corporate office. Unfortunately I can not recommend this facility. Just terrible.

I think that this location is the best Taco Bell around. Especially during the afternoon. I pick up inside during the afternoon and the same person is working. I very recently got lunch there and it was the BEST I’ve received from this chain in years. Kudos to the person that works mid-day (at least M-F) every time I’m there.

The last few times I’ve came here my orders have been completely wrong. But tonight on 8/29 I was ordering a mango brisk tea. The intercom person said I wasn’t aloud to order it because it would “hold up the line” I didn’t understand. I asked what they meant by that and then they changed their answer and said “our machine is broken”. So I didn’t get my drink which is what I originally came for and wanted. I explained it wasn’t the frozen slushy drink I wanted to order just a regular mango brisk tea and they refused. Then I get closer to the window to pay and I see drinks being handed out? Frustrating service at this location.

Ordered from Uber Eats Took my food 15 minutes to get here which was awesome but once I got my food from outside, there was one tiny Bag and Three drinks mind you we ordered $60 worth of food we open the bag and it’s just sauce and straws. We call Taco Bell Taco Bell and tell them our situation and they said in a rudely manner that they only got sauces and two drinks on their side and we have to take it up with Uber eats the lady said she gave the Uber Eats person just a bag of sauce and then after she said That HE gave us the wrong thing. Will not be ordering from here again.

I had to stop eating Taco Bell for a minute because the orders were always wrong and the taste just wasn’t there. Today though? Great job! They must finally have a good team in there. Good was hot, fresh and had great taste! Much appreciated.

Done with the Twin Branch Taco Bell. Our food was horrible. NO cheese on nachos and the dried up beans made me throw them away after one bite. And there was VERY little filling on our tacos. The tacos were like eating empty shells. Even giving ONE star is being generous.

My food was correct, order was accurate, and the employees acted appropriately. Lately, we cannot go and sit inside fast food restaurants bc the staff is so inappropriate. This was a very nice experience.
