My beau and I went here last night. It was an early evening, the restaurant was quite empty, and the bar was closed. We went ahead and ordered dinner. Our food was plated nicely, but the food was so salty! The salt overpowered any other seasoning. I was so disappointed. The waiter was very nice, offered an alternative and waived the bill. My suggestion, go on the weekend. I had a better experience a few weeks ago, the food was good, the ace was full, and the Pina’s were delish. Everything was fresh.

Stopped in for lunch, which came to 12 dollars. Had the sopa de carne (beef soup) which was very flavorful and the Pollo a la brasa with fries and salad, it comes with a can of soda. The chicken was seasoned really well. The fries were fried perfectly, not overdone. I’ll be back to try some other dishes.

This Definitely gets a five star rating. Absolutely love the food and the cocktails. Try the beef Lorna saltado – it’s so good.

One of the best Peruvian spots around. Their chicken is very delish. Also they have the best lunch special for an amazing price. You get a soup, entree, drink and even dessert. The service is also great very welcoming. Very attentive. This has become a new spot I come to dine for lunch. Never disappoints.

Dairy wasn’t listed as an ingredient for the ceviche, severely lactose intolerant and couldn’t eat my dinner as it contained cream. Called and no manager on staff so nothing could be done. Spent $20 on a meal I can’t eat. Dangerous not listing allergens accurately. Thank goodness we called.

The workers in this restaurant are racist. I went to this restaurant with my friend and her two children one evening. I was excited to try the food because my friend I was with recommended it, also, I really enjoy Peruvian food. We walked into the restaurant, which wasn’t busy at the time, and after about 5 to 7 mins of not being acknowledged we decide to seat ourselves. So, we sit and wait and wait, and after about 10 mins another family (appears to be Latino) walks in to the restaurant and gets immediately greeted and seated next to us. They are handed menus and we are finally handed menus a few mins later, at that time we requested water. Five mins after that, the family next to us gets a large pitcher of juice brought to their table and they proceed to order. We’re still waiting to be served. After handing us the menus, a waiter never returns and after 10 more mins we decide to leave. My friend decided to speak to someone (possible manager) at the bar about the fact the we had been ignored for over 25 mins. That person shrugged his shoulder and acted uninterested in the complaint. For context, I’m darkskinned black woman and my friend is light skinned Latina, she states that she had been to this place many times to eat and never received service like that before, so, I believe the poor service was due to my race. I needed to share this because these types of interaction happen every day and people act as if it doesn’t matter how you treat black customers. I definitely won’t be going back here and encourage others people to do the same.

Food was amazing. Great bread with sauces. Chicken was to die for. So tasty. But what the visit even better was the staff who greeted us. Brought extra bread. Very attentive. I will definitely be back.

Tried the polla a la brasa with fries and a salad – absolutely delicious! The side cremas were equally good and a great accompaniment to the food. Reasonably priced, good portion. Will order from here again! We’d like to try the weekday lunch specials they have of traditional Peruvian dishes.

Unfortunately my last trip there was not up to scratch. They don’t serve wine or alcohol but no sign saying so. I also asked for green spaghetti and my date asked for it in Spanish for me and I didn’t get its a shame because I do like the food here but next time I’ll be trying other Peruvian restaurants close by.
