I came through to get a grande pumpkin spice latte and when I got to work and began drinking the drink it was basically half way full. Granted maybe there was some whipped cream and it melted into the drink, but should not have been that much if so. I paid 6.69 for half my drink to be missing.

We are regulars here and there isn’t a better Starbucks around. They are always super friendly and personable, and the drinks are top tier and made consistently. The store is quick and only ever behind if there is an event going in the neighborhood or the drive thru is super long. We love you guys -Lindsey & Devan!

I almost always stop here in the morning, but will start going to the other location on Western from now on. The girl who is at the drive-through this morning gave me the largest amount of attitude I have ever received and I just don’t understand it. Don’t know if she was just having a rough morning because of the line but there is no reason to be rude to a person who spends $8 minimum a day. I will make it a point to no longer stop at this location.

Never go to the Starbucks and work with the manager, Annalise she is absolutely absurd and rude. I have been a loyal Starbucks go-er more than five times a week and I have never ever, ever dealt with somebody like her. If you enjoy Starbucks, I would definitely suggest going to the one near the mall. They are absolutely amazing!

My mom ordered my matcha latte and I was surprised that it was so low, almost as if someone had taken a drink from it. It already cost over $6 to order and they didn’t even give us the honey packets we asked for. I’m disappointed, hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

Ordered the lavender matcha got this… mind you this was a replacement cause they didn’t add extra cold foam and the cashier told me they blend the cold foam into the drink …. Same day literally 1hr apart I came and had a little cold foam and this was what they gave me and this is supposed to have extra cold foam! Smh very disappointed with the service and don’t understand why cold foam wouldn’t be on top like it’s always been. Cashier didn’t seem very knowledgeable and didn’t see a problem with this smh! Not a hint of purple cold foam and tasted chalky

I stopped by at 8:40, there were 4 employees working, one car in the drive through and an empty lobby. When I entered there was not one acknowledgement that a customer was present. After I stared at the menu and stood at the register for a few minutes, I eventually asked one of the employees if they were about to close since I was being completely and actively ignored as the employees talked among themselves on their headsets, to which I was informed they closed at 9:30 (about 45 minutes) and then the girl went about her business without even giving a courtesy reply that I would be helped shortly. Since there was no interest in taking my order, I simply left since the crew didn’t want to be bothered.

I don’t understand how such a flippantly discourteous staff would choose to burden themselves by working in customer service.

Very nasty serve(Megan). Ordered 4 drinks all4 where made different server and manager said they were all the same. This is an ongoing issue. Megan went out of her way to try to humiliate my wife when she asked they be made right.

I told Becca that I was missing a drink she proceeded to talk under her breath with a another associate thinking I couldn’t hear her. Such a rude associate. We ordered the same medicine ball. One drink came out and waited 9 mins for the other drink to come out. Why not give them at them at the same time.
