This was my black lettuce salad. Be sure to flip your salads over before you drive away. The manager I spoke with offered store credit basically for a replacement. They do not deliver a new dinner. No longer a fan. This is enough to make anyone sick. Do better.

I normally do not have any food or customer service issues until today. I was served a salad with a lot of brown lettuce that was clearly violating health and sanitation. The manager Jalen told me it was ok to have the brown lettuce and he would not refund me or replace my salad. I asked to speak to his superior and he refused to allow me to speak to them. When I asked for customer support phone number he gave me the store number. I asked why would he give me the store number since I obviously gave it considering I called. He refused to give me customer service number and hung up in my face as I was still talking. Thus is very unusual for Chick-Fil-A because they typically have great customer service especially managers ! I guess there standards have went down since they allow Jalen to treat customers with disrespect.

I ordered two 5pc nuggets kids meals both with 2 Polynesian sauces. I get home, about 7 mins away and no sauces in either bag. I call as I’m driving back because the food would need to be replaced. Obviously I added sauces to my mobile order for a reason! I was told they couldn’t replace my food. I insisted because I wasn’t going to eat cold food or food with no sauce. The Manager wasn’t apologetic, she actually said it happens all the time and customers should check their bag before leaving. She also said that we would lose money if we replaced food because free sauces were forgotten. I said well maybe you should train the team to do better if it happens all the time and regardless it’s still a loss because you are going to refund me my money! I’m very big on customer service and I spend too much money there to be treated like no big deal!

I ordered a Southwest Wrap and asked for a spicy grilled filet on the side, the same way they offer extras for salads. They told me they “don’t do that,” even though I’ve ordered it this way multiple times at this exact location.
I called afterward, and someone confirmed they could do spicy shredded chicken on the side, which was completely fine with me. But when I picked it up, they gave me a spicy fried filet instead. I had to drive back, only for them to then claim again that they “don’t do that” even after confirming over the phone that they could.
The communication was terrible, and it’s frustrating to be told something isn’t possible when i know it is. Please do better.

I just came through the drive through and ya’ll the food was so delicious I forgot take photos and the staff was a great vibe. Definely recommend especially the chicken deluxe with Colby jack cheese with kale slaw was banging along with the smooth and sweet delicious strawberry lemonade

Went through the drive thru tonight. Got the usual 8 count nugget meal fried w/ fries and a drink. Got home after a long day ready to eat the nuggets. I broke one in half to look and make sure they were done (like I always do) over half off the nuggets were pink/not cooked all the way. It was very upsetting. This is the first time this has happened to me but I had a friend this has happened to multiple times.

I love Chic Fil A but this location is my least favorite. I found a bug in my salad & sometimes they mess my order up. It’s as if they don’t really listen. & they don’t really say anything to you until they’re handing you your food. They don’t even say it’s “their pleasure.” Come on bro. A little more friendliness & effort & this location could be just as great as the other ones..

I ordered two meals and only received one meal and not the drink. Everything was inedible, as it was overly salty and freezing cold. When we contacted the business, we were told they cannot control the temperature of the food. Nothing in our order was fresh and we are still left hungry as we cannot eat the one meal that was provided would not recommend this business to anyone especially if this is how they treat their customers.

Wow what a cool drive thru!! It’s a door! Now that makes sense. This chick-fil-a is unique with its drive thru as a door so they can quickly access vehicles to deliver food without having employees stationed outside the whole time. There was almost no one in the drive thru when we showed up just after 8am. We typically visit the one on the other end of raeford road across from Harris teeter but we were traveling this morning and saw this gem! We didn’t even know it had opened. At “our usual” we ask for chicken nuggets and fries in the morning. My son isn’t a fan of breakfast food or hash browns. They don’t even blink and it’s always perfect. This chick-fil-a didn’t offer the fries. They asked us twice if we preferred hash browns after twice we asked for fries. So it’s 9:38 at and there is still a cold box of said hash browns in the car because my son doesn’t eat hash browns. To think I paid $15.68 for a drive thru breakfast and parts are still here because it wasn’t what we wanted. But hey, at least the chicken was awesome….or was it? Well… the chicken pieces appeared to be smaller and crispier than normal. Look at the mini breakfast. Typically the chicken is so large the nugget won’t allow the bread to close but these were like crispy chicken morsels on bread. I guess we are used to a more consistent chain offering. The chicken nuggets were more dry and crispier too. On the bright side I did get more points added into my frequent visitor app…I hope. The girl took my phone and credit card inside the building and returned with both while I was a car back in the drive lane. I’m used to a scanner out in the drive thru lane. Let me check my points out .
