I love those build your own salad feasts post weights when I’m starving after pushing closer to 500lb max on leg presses. I’ve had the feast medicine from Flower Child ( @eatflowerchild ) on my list for some time now. I came for the Steakhouse Wedge salad which I doubled the proteins, steak and shrimp. After living in Colorado I had to try the Green Chili Queso, the cookie was extra. I violated the diet a bit, but every aspect of this feast was spot on, super fresh, fast friendly service, and I’ll definitely be back for more. If you’re looking for a salad with a bit more awesome check this out!

My go to healthy spot for a quick sit down lunch on the patio. It’s perfect weather out right now and they have the cutest little patio set up. So many healthy options, can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu.

I stopped here while on a Vegas soiree, needed some healthy food to soak up Vegas excesses. I “liked” the food here, but it wasn’t the quality or preparation expected. I ordered the chopped veg salad (walk up, order and take a number back to your table) with a salmon protein add. What I got was a very lightly dressed (read: too dry) salad that seemed somewhat like it just came out of a grocery store salad bag. The thin piece of salmon was overcooked and very(!) small. Overall- meh, I can see what Flower Child is attempting to be by design, but their food is off the mark.

Didn’t know what to expect as my family and I wanted to eat healthy, but everyone didn’t eat at the same level LoL. So, when I looked at the menu it had a lot of variety and options which I liked. I was more optimistic on the flavoring of the entreés though. My family and I loved this place! I can’t wait to bring some of my friends here for lunch. Everything was fresh and flavorful! We got the Green Chile Queso, Chicken Plate, Shrimp Plate, Flying Avocado Wrap, and Peruvian Braised Beef. Even the peach green tea and black berry tea was very good. Everything was delicious! My family and I are looking forward to coming back! We even had a really nice employee named Joseph opened the front door for us as we were leaving. He had a warm smile and made us feel welcomed to come back with our small conversation with him. I seen this place many times in my search to eat and wished I could’ve of came sooner ansi didn’t realize I have been missing out. Atmosphere was really nice and customer service was extremely good!

Surprisingly good chain health food restaurant that is owned by the Cheesecake Factory. Fast service. The food was just so fresh, good tasting, and cooked to perfection. Would definitely be back if I am in a state that Flower Child exists (currently only in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia)

Light plant-based options. I loved that they offered vegan cauliflower risotto. Overall, some items were off for a couple of dishes and very sad sangria. Inside of 3.5, I just rounded it 4stars.
Sangria pitcher. Strawberry Kiwi was refreshing but extremely extremely light alcohol. Felt like drinking lemonade and only could drink so much. Serving: 4.

We both ordered the curry cauliflower soup of the day. Excellent flavor and texture. I haven’t been to Flower Child in many years. Because we both enjoyed the soup, we will be back soon.

I recently had my first visit to Flower Child and it was absolutely delicious. I tried the turkey and salami salad, and the salami was unlike any I’d had before—its texture reminded me of beef jerky, which was a unique and enjoyable surprise. The ambiance was amazing, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and the customer service was exceptional throughout my visit. I arrived around 3:30 PM (PST), which was after lunch but before dinner, and found the portion sizes to be quite generous. With such a wide menu selection, I’m definitely looking forward to returning and trying more dishes.

Food was really good. I got the Salmon with the kale and Brussels sprouts salad. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly and why salad was fresh. I love the drink selection. I felt really good after leaving the restaurant. The food just as it advertised. I will most definitely be playing to going back
