I understand that Spanish is one of the most widely spoken languages in America, and I respect that completely. But when I’m at a drive-thru with a simple question about the menu, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clear communication.
At the speaker, we were told the Hot & Honey Chicken Sandwich was no longer available, even though it was still being advertised. Then at the first window, we were told they do have it and to ask at the second window. When we asked at the second window, the employee didn’t understand us.
The issue isn’t language. It’s consistency and communication. Getting three different answers for one simple question was frustrating and avoidable. A little clearer coordination between staff would make a big difference.

It’s been over 4 separate times I have asked for EXTRA breakfast sauce on my bagel and each time I have been charged .19 and each time NO sauce at all has been on sandwich. Please stop overcharging us if you’re not going to give me what I’m asking for. And then to try and call and speak to a manager isn’t an option because they don’t answer their phones at this location.

The Manager Nathan (Nate) and the entire staff at the Odenton McDonald’s were fantastic! Everyone had a positive attitude and were friendly and helpful. We had a bunch of Monopoly game free food rewards we needed to use up since it was the final day and they did not mind at all. The restaurant was clean and had an inviting atmosphere for our family. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this Odenton location! Thank you for a great experience!

Rude Manager! Order wrong & No carbonated drinks.
I ordered at the counter but the employees at the second window rolled their eyes and slowly walked up to take the order
The order was completely wrong
I asked for the food to be made cook to order, checked the bag and everything was wrong & COLD
And the best part,
I didn’t get handed my cups
So I went back to the counter and the short manager with the earrings gave me a nasty attitude with an arm gesture notion and shaking his head at me. When all I wanted were my cups.
When I got to the car checked the sandwiches I walked back in, placed to food on the counter and told the manager this order is wrong and walked out.
I didn’t see who put the Cook To Order fries in the bag but if the manager grabbed the nasty old cold fries from the heat lamp, that is beyond me…

This place has to be one of the worst, they couldn’t get the person in front of us order right on the intercom and had to change it at the window which they then sent everything back because it was all wrong, we were waiting in line for about 20 minutes before it moved, while we were at the window we noticed 2 employees on there phone. my boss got 2 hamburgers one burger was correct but the other one has no burger but 2 slices of cheese

Decided to give this location another try. While taking my order, they messed up numerous times and then gave me the wrong order at the window twice. I drove home before realizing that they’d completely messed up the second time. When they finally did get it “right,” the burger was lukewarm, the cheese tasted like it was straight from the fridge (it wasn’t warm or melted) and they didn’t include all the toppings. Just go to a different location. This one is terrible.

Waiting for my curbside pickup order for over 30 minutes and they never brought it out. Ended up going through the drive thru after it cleared to get my food. The food they gave me was cold which tells me they just let my food sit there rather than actually bring it out to the car for curbside. Ridiculous.

Is this the most pleasant McDonalds? Flowers on the table. Clean. Super pleasant service. Our food was delivered to the table and she came with all the sauces and offered them to us. I saw a worker give a customer a fist bump. What’s going on here? I feel like I’m in bizarro world. Keep it up.

The black manager lady (I don’t know her name) was very rude as I was just trying to pick up an order had a nasty attitude with me. And walked away muttering u see her breath. I do not recommend this McDonalds there is one down the road u can go to rather and be treated much better.

Every time I go there my order is wrong. Very poor workers. I lose money I work hard for every time I go there. These people need to do their jobs right and earn their pay. They never fix the problems.
