y’all i’m a Mexican who loves Mexican food and is used to cali food and i can say this place is so GOOD. I’m super picky with my Mexican food obviously and coming here I was a little nervous that it would just be like all the other Mexican food places here in the area, but the food was so flavorful their orange rice was so good it reminded me of my tias. definitely worth the price and they give you these huge plates! 10/10 yall

I have been coming to El Huarache since I found the Taco Tuesday special and have been impressed not only with the quality of the food but the value/service as well.
The tacos have improved these last few months and I typically opt in for the Pastor tacos over the chicken or beef. In addition the free chips and salsa taste incredible and our group will typically add the Queso dip which has a fun presentation the last few times I have ordered it.
Overall, especially on Taco Tuesday, this is a great establishment you owe yourself to visit for a fun lunch or dinner.

I would recommend that you always check your “to go” order before you leave. One of the expensive meals we purchased d was replaced by two tacos and rice. Who wants to go back after a long day, wait for it to be cooked and then drive back home.
They are obviously very popular and have a loyal customer base, but this was my first visit and it would be hard to justify going there again.

Great place to get Mexican food in Kitsap county.
I’ve tried Chile Rellenos at a lot of places. Hands down, the best I’ve had. They were prepared and cooked perfectly!
Will definitely be a return customer and try other dishes!

My husband and I ate in. The lady who took us to our table had a really nasty attitude. Our waitress was very sweet. The food was terrible. Sloppy and tasted kinda fishy. The wings were the worst. We used to love this place! Wings used to be so good, atmosphere was nice. I don’t know what happened but we won’t be back.

Our server was so friendly and fast. I’m always leery with New Mexican food restaurants, but they did not disappoint! Not only do you get chips and salsa, they also bring beans to dip in. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was welcoming. The portion sizes are generous. I ordered Daniels favorite .. i recommend it 🙂

Hands down, the best Mexican food my Husband and I have ever had anywhere on the Peninsula. Service was great, drinks were stellar, food was outstanding and we just HAD to purchase the array of salsas to-go that were offered at the table because they too, absolutely amazing. So much flavor and we can’t wait to bring the kids for back for family dinner.

Good food, amazing sauces but if you like it hott like me be sure to try there habanero sauce. Decent prices, and the service is good. I feel like if your not gonna dine in and do takeout it’s not worth it. The food is better when ordering in house. The decor is quaint and not over the top but also could use a nice upgrade.
