I can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star after waiting with only half my order for half an hour… But the manager didn’t try to BS me, she owned her mistake and took responsibility. Someone gave all of our fries to someone else and then she forgot about me completely while I sat at curbside. She apologized and admitted she forgot about me, her honesty means a lot in today’s world. She gave us cookies and a baked apple pie. My wife and I split the pie and we both agree the pie was so good it made up for the wait. Even though my wife’s fish sandwich was the worst she’s ever had from here, she had to remove the bottom bun because the wait on our forgotten fries was so long it turned hard as stone. The fries were fresh tho.
But the baked apple is amazing, and if you haven’t tried it, we highly recommend!! Good job management.

Employees smoke weed directly across from the drive through. Waving each other out to come smoke. Peak lunch hour. February 14th 2026 12:20 p.m.
This was only my second visit to this location only because they got my order wrong the first time. They continued to get the complementary order wrong with poor quality.
Cleaning products left in play space bathroom. Not safe for children.

Even though the company as a whole is experiencing significant problems with one of its vendors, they are taking every precaution in resolving the problem. This situation could happen anywhere and at any time. This place is very clean and the staff friendly enough. There is one lady at front counter(name didn’t get, but who is a short older African American) who really brings smiles to everyone that comes in, very fun, helpful and friendly. She brightens the atmosphere… The sweet tea is great. I tried the chicken Big Mac, very good. Fries is as expected. A nice visit

We were there around 1pm today. Ordered 5 frappes, waited 20 min before we found out the machine was down, in that time I saw wrong order after wrong order, cashier had the vocabulary of a sailor. Security door propped open is a safety issue. $45 Refund never got put back on my card. I will never return to this location.

Avoid this place at all costs! I have never witnessed a more careless workplace. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while being ignored by everybody in the store. The employees do not want you there. Do not go there.
Edit: I just looked at all of the rest of the reviews. How is this place allowed to keep running like this with everybody voicing the same issues. They really don’t care.

This is the world’s slowest McDonald’s. I waited for 20 minutes at the curbside for single 10 piece nugget and finally had to go in to get it. Food was hot at least.

I would give this location ZERO stars if I could. I wouldn’t usually care about poor service but here I’ve found no sort of service. Upon entering the dining area there is 5-10 guests patiently waiting while the drive thru is full. 30 minutes later each of the 5-10 guests remain waiting for now corrected food orders while every drive thru order that was walked out by an employee was promptly walked back in by the consumer. Clearly there is no rhyme or reasoning here. This is a prime example of poor leadership and work ethic among team members. While waiting for my refund which the manager could not even locate my order in her system I take notice that only 3 out 8+ employees seem to be actively making progress towards getting these orders out. 0/10 do not recommend. Good service starts at the TOP of the leadership totem. I guess they hire anybody to run it these days.

Customer service was good but my fries ended up being partially cold and my chicken sandwich was refried and thin. They took longer than usual which is weird because none of it was fresh.

I just went through the drive- thru. They have the worst attitude. First at the window where you pay, it was evident they DID NOT want to be there. The food was not fresh, my burger was missing ingredients. I asked specifically to make sure the condiments were in the bag, yes yes they are in there…..NOPE…. I know it is McDonalds, but I work hard for my money, I expect to be respected as a customer. I see that I am not the only one who feels the staff is NOT helping this restaurant. I do not live here so maybe the day staff are different. I specifically dealt with the night staff.
