It’s always the same old same here and my expectations are very low. If it wasn’t convenient to the jobsite I’d opt out but driving further into town for McD’s or BK cuts too deep into my break time and I can only eat so many tacos.
It sure would be nice if they could at least keep the lobby clean and necessary syrups in the Coke Freestyle machine since they seem so inconvenienced for a refill (a situation they created by not ordering enough inventory – supply chain issues should be eliminated by now, right?!).
I don’t understand how this location can have so many bad reviews and not be under the microscope for food and service quality. I’m over the focus being on pushing orders out the drive thru window when you have people patiently waiting inside. If you don’t want to deal with the lobby, remodel the location into a dual drive thru like a Rally’s or Checker’s.
Regardless of the market for employee availability, if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers.

It was a hit-or-miss experience today. On the bright side, the Baconator was solid, and both the tenders and chili were delicious. However, the meal was held back by poor execution on the snacks; the fries arrived soggy, and the chicken nuggets were cold with a rubbery, chewy texture. A decent meal overall, but definitely inconsistent.

Foods ok most of the time. Very rarely do we go to this Wendy’s for these reasons. They either get your order entirely wrong ( we asked for no onions or lettuce, the receipt said no onions or lettuce, yet their was still onions and lettuce on it) or they take 5 years to get us through the line. All we had was 1 kids meal and a chili and we were the only ones on line. They asked us to pull up and wait because other cars had started coming through. Other cars who came after us left before us with more food. It’s to hit and miss to be brought up for dinner.

We told the AI that we had placed an online order and it said it will get us a crew member. Not only did she have a terrible attitude but it took us about 20 minutes to get our food that should already have been made and there are only 3 cars in front of us. I went to wendy’s to get a salad and per usual they didn’t had no salads so I got got a spicy chicken and when I got home I took a bit the chicken was RAW.

Ordered food online. I knew they were giving me old fries so I asked for fresh. They gave me the old fries they had put out. I came back in and asked for fresh fries. They took the fries I handed them back and put them into the fresh fry holder. Gross! Got the food home and while eating I felt hair in my mouth. A very long hair was in my food so I definitely put it in the trash and will never visit this place again. I was Leary when there was no one there at 5 pm or in the drive thru and it’s right outside of a Walmart. I do not recommend this place. The people were friendly but that’s about the best I can say for them. My sandwich was barely warm and had hair in it. Thank you for saving me some unneeded calories but eewwww!!

WORST WENDY’S EVER! No chili, no fries, place was a mess all tables were dirty. We had to ask for someone to clean the tables since they were all sticky and filthy. Instead of cleaning them, they just gave us a spray bottle and paper towels to do it ourselves.

Pulled through the drive through to be answered by the slowest AI ever, not even being sarcastic the drive through is run by AI, and then I pull to the window to pay, then I’m told to pull forward. There was nobody infront of me nobody behind me the ENTIRE TIME, after sitting pulled forward for around 20 minutes I put the car in reverse and go back to the window where the employee is sitting on her phone leaning against the wall, she then looks at me hands me the bag of food and closes the window without saying a word. Absolutely awful service and I can only imagine the management that lets this slide.

I rarely leave reviews and certainly not at fast food restaurants. We ordered at the drive through in Wauchula, Florida a few days ago at lunchtime. The workers were exceptionally polite and service time was acceptable. We just ordered 2 singles and 2 sodas. I was impressed with the quality of the burgers. They were warm, freshly made and obviously assembled with care…. Not just thrown together with ingredients all askew and smashed. The wrapping was even neater than anything I’ve gotten through a window in a long time.

There was a sign saying they were out of lettuce but it was misspelled, which didn’t inspire much confidence. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took about fifteen minutes to receive my food. The staff even had to put my order under the heat lamp to keep it warm while the burgers were still being made, and it seemed like the kitchen was confused or disorganized with orders.
The cleanliness was also concerning. The bathroom had visible mold and was very dirty. The dining area wasn’t any better the tables felt sticky, and the overall appearance of the restaurant (including the kitchen area you can see from the counter) looked unclean and poorly maintained.

The bathrooms were very dirty. Poor food and service quality, and dirty restrooms are a common trend at Wendy’s over the past few months. I never thought I would rate Wendy’s lower than Burger King. I will never eat at one again.
