This McDonalds needs better management and customer service skills and need to clean up the dining in are, I had to ask the staff to clean the table which they did with an attitude, look if you are not happy working in fast food this job is not for you. They need staff that wants to take care of the Franchise and customers not just do the Drive thru, they need to really put them to clean up the space. Who ever is the franchise owner need to fire the crew including supervisor or manager and get better help, this is field that you need to work. Need to improve the atmosphere and staff sorry say sucks, this is happening on a Friday. Will be reaching out to McDonalds corporate and see what they can do improve this McDonalds

Ordered in advance for drive thru, waited at drive thru for a few mins but no ody was responding at the intercom. Then they asked for code, after I told them code, then I asked for another order and they said goto second window, but in actuality I needed to go to first window and tell them about both orders because the drive thru line was long. Then at the second window they asked if it was hash brown, said yes but they forgot second order , good thing I was able to back up.

I work night shifts at the hospital and every time I come to this 24 hour McDonald’s they tell me they’re closed or the other systems down. I’ve tried this a couple of times and they always have a different story so the managers and the CEO should think of changing this McDonald’s because it’s not 24 hours.

Chicken sandwich was burnt. I requested sauce with my 10 piece nuggets I got no sauce. It was raining really heavy so I opened my window at the drive through and quickly glanced at my items I couldn’t really check.

Mcdonalds is a good fast food option. The employees on the other hand are not. They are rude especially the managers and are always getting the orders wrong or take 30 minutes.

Rude staff, the machines NEVER print your receipt and I come here often. Restaurant will be empty and you have to wait forever for a small order (10-25min). Talk about “fast food” There is rarely staff at the counter and when they see you waiting they just ignore you and take their time. Always mess up my order when I do a customization and the tables are consistently messy.

Just wanted food pre workout. I purchased 2 of these and a 10 piece nuggets I forgot to photo. Anyway this is close to youfit so you can get that it. The lobby is open unlike Taco Bell and Burger King across the street, so you can eat inside. I believe they also have later hours as well
