Customer service was very polite. The employees were very attentive and spoke even to the customers as they walked into the restaurant. Every employee that we came in contact with asked if everything came out good and if we needed anything. The restaurant was very clean. A very nice experience . I need to do a huge shout out to (I want to say his names Reese, but the badge lettering was so tiny, I just hope I got the name right). Anyway…whomever was the dining room attendant tonight (7/29) …YOU ROCK!!! It was difficult to find a clean table when we first got there but he came out there and did WORK getting those tables clean, offering to get refills, used plates out of the way, sweeping, maintaining the beautiful drink area. Yall have a great employee and I hope he’s recognized for it. If not and if you see this, come talk to me bc I could use someone like you on MY team!

This Fazoli’s was extremely clean, the crew was very polite and respectful. The management was amazing! Their food was perfectly prepared and just an all round great experience. Great job to the entire Lubbock TX Fazoli’s team!!

This location recently underwent a remodel. Very nicely done, understated and muted colors and more upscale looking than before. Always good for being a fast food Italian place. Pricing is good for the amount of food and quality. Drive – thru is always busy and a little slow.
